수가성의 사마리아 여자는
정오의 타는 볕 마시며
목마름에 우는 빈 물동이이고 끝없는 미로를 갔소
채워도 족함이 없고 욕망의 그늘진 삶에 영혼을 스쳐갔던 다섯 남편과 또 하나의 남편도 사랑은 아니었소
마셔도 갈한 목마름에 무너졌던 삶
우물가로 찾아오신 나사렛 예수를 만난 후
이제는 방황을 마치고 영원의 길을 갑니다
In the midday heat of the sun, Samaria woman of Sychar
walked through an endless maze with an empty water basin crying with thirst.
She was not satisfied with the fulfillment, and she lives a low life of her desires,
and her five husbands and another husband who passed her by were not her love.
A life that was destroyed by thirst even after drinking,
But after meeting Jesus of Nazareth who came to the well,
Now, she has finished her wanderings and walks her eternal life.

수가성의 사마리아 여자는
인생의 무거운 짐 지고
목마름에 지쳐 헤매이던 그때에 영원한 안식 찾았소
죄의 짐 무거워지고 소망이 사라져갈 때 기쁨을 알게 하신 영생의 주님
그분만이 나의 참 사랑이 되었다오
내 영혼 속에 생수의 강 넘쳐흐르네
우물가로 찾아오신 나사렛 예수를 만난 후
이제는 주님만 위하여 이 생명 바치오리다
When she carried the heavy burden of life and wandered from thirst,
she found eternal rest.
The Lord of eternal life, who made me know the joy when my soul is
heavy with the burden of sin and my hope disappears.
The Lord was my only true love.
The river of life water overflows in my soul.
After meeting Jesus of Nazareth who came to the well,
Now, I shall dedicate this life to the Lord alone.
