Job Title: Customer Service & Inside Sales (Associate Level Position)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Arlington Heights, IL

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage customer accounts, including order entry, changes, issue resolution, billing, invoicing and returns.

Present and sell company products to new and existing customers.

Research customer accounts, identify key players and influence them in order to achieve sales goals.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and active outbound calls and emails.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Manage and grow our relationships with existing clients through regular communication and relationship building.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree, OR High School Diploma/GED & 4 years directly related work experience.

More than 3 years experiences in Customer Service and/or Inside Sales.

Experience with prospecting for new business, cold calling, business developing and cross-selling to new and existing customers.

Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Native proficiency in English is essential.

Proficient in MS Office, and some experience in QuickBooks.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
