Working hours
ㆍ7am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch break (45 hours/week)
Essential duties and responsibilities
ㆍInformation collection and documentation of project related estimates/order
ㆍProject Doc. Management (official documents, drawings, vendor print, etc.)
ㆍPJT cost management such as execution budget, input cost, client/partner invoicing, settlement management, etc.
ㆍChange Order, Risk Management, Claim/Warranty, Government Permission and Civil Complaints, Customer Response
ㆍProcess planning/performance analysis and internal/external reporting tasks
ㆍCoordination between departments
ㆍProject construction estimate/order
Qualifications/Requirements
ㆍKorean/English bilingual is a must
ㆍMust be eligible to work in the US legally without visa sponsorship
ㆍBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience of related field (finance, cost..)
ㆍHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups, strong commitment to results
ㆍStrong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
ㆍUnderstanding of the EPC industry
ㆍExcellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
ㆍDemonstration of a strong customer-oriented mindset
ㆍDemonstration of strong compliance to procedures and guidelines
ㆍAble to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment while searching to improve processes
ㆍProficiency in MS Office Programs (especially Excel)
ㆍA person who has no difficulty commuting to and from the field office
ㆍA person who can work overtime if necessary for job performance
ㆍA person who can work on weekends if required
Desirable/Preferred Skills
ㆍExperience in manufacturing/construction projects
ㆍExperience in overseas/domestic EPC project experience
ㆍInternational and multi-cultural experience a plus
ㆍAbility to work in a multi-cultural surrounding
ㆍFamiliar with Primavera P6, SAP, AutoCAD
Payment and benefits
ㆍSalary : based on experiences and positions
ㆍRelocation Reimbursement: Up to $2,000
ㆍ12 Days of PTO, 8 days of company designated holidays
ㆍ$8,000 bonus a year
