한국인들이 모르는 불쌍한 나라의 사람들
한국 사람들도 6.25 전쟁 이후에는 식랼이 없어 미국의 원조 PL48이라는 구호물자를 받고 배고픔에서 살아왔다
내가 이 글을 소개하는 이유는 우리 대한민국의 사람들은 지금 얼마나 풍족하고 잘 먹고 잘 살고 있는 가를 잘 모르는 것 같아서
내가 있었던 아프리카 우간다 아이들을 만났고 또 그 곳의 사람들에게 도움을 주고 있는 이유를 설명하기 위해서다
너무 공짜 바라지 말았으면 좋겠다. 너무 먹고 마시고 소비하며 즐기지 말았으면 좋겠다 우리 주위에 너무 어렵게 살아가는 이웃 국가의 아이들이 있음을 잊지 말았으면 좋겠다
이 메뉴의 아래나 이 글 아래에 주고 받은 편지는 그 곳의 사람들은 스와힐리語를 사용하지만 선생님이나 일부 학교에 가는 아이들은 영어를 사용하기 때문에 모든 편지는 영어로 주고 받아 영어 그대로 소개하니 이해 바란다
초등학교는 물론 모든 학비는 회비(월사금)을 내지 않으면 학교에 갈 수 없고 한국처럼 학용품 점심 밥도 모두 돈을 내어야 한다.
그렇기 때문에 까막눈이 많고 아이들이 학교에 가고싶어하고 가장 행복한 일이고 학교 가는 어린이 들을 보면 부러워 한다
아래 편지의 어워즈 지오르지나 선생님 역시 내가 그 곳에 있었을 때 같이 아이들을 가르친 동료이다
아들 둘과 함께 살면서 더 나은 삶을 위해 억척스럽게 돈을 모아 대학에서 공부하고 있다
그래서 가끔 학비를 보내준다
마을 모든 아이들 모두가 맨발이고 모두 까막눈이다
발에는 부스럼이 덕지덕지 나 있고 피고름이 터졌다 약도 병원도 없다
이 곳 트래디셔널 하우스 집앞에 앉아있는 마을에서 제일 나이 많으시다는 Nakanomoru 부락 이 할머니를 보니 80세쯤 보여서 어린시절 내 할머니가 생각나서
"몇살이시냐?"" 로 영어로 물어보니 스와힐리어를 아는 통역하는 마을 촌장이 56세란다
맙소사 나보다 어려도 열 살이상이나 어리다니?
의료시설.부족 강렬한 태양. 못먹으니 빨리 늙고 수명도 짧을 수 밖에
한국에서1000원이면 그 들에게는 하루~이틀 굶지 않아도 된다
한국에서 술 먹고 밥 먹는데 한 사람당 만원이상 필요한데 그들에게 만 원은 한 가족이 일주일 이상 살아갈 수 있는 식량이 된다.
한국에서 찬조금 10만원 내면 적다고 불평하는 사람도 있지만 아이들에게는 한학기 학비와 학용품을 살 수 있다
신발없이 맨발에 벌레물린 자국, 검버섯이 덕지 덕지 붙어있는 불쌍한 내가 있었던 그 곳, 아이들~~
지금도 눈에 선~하다
불쌍한 아이들이 많이 보고싶다
우리 나라 아이들은 수업료가 없다. 학용품도 공짜로 나누어 준다. 심지어 밥도 공짜다. 식단은 말할 필요없이 영양가 넘치는 밥과 반찬이다. 그런데 아이들은 밥을 반도 먹지 않고 버린다.
벌 받을 짓이다
반찬은 물론 심지어 우유며 토마토 과일 까지 음식 쓰레기통에 버린다.
저러한 행동의 죄를 어떻게 갚으려고 그려나?
너무 너무 답답하기만 하다. 그 돈이 어디서 나오는지 생각이나 해 보았을까?
기업체나 약간의 돈이 좀 있다는 사람들 후즏머리를 긁어 모은다.
세금 때문에 오너들은 기업체를 해외로 나간다
서울 경인지방 집값 잡느라고 내가 사는 시골은 이 집도 빈 집 저집도 빈집. 폐가가 속출한다
지방의 집없는 서민에게는 담보 대출 길도 많이 막아버리고 집을 팔려고 해도 대출 규제로. 매입 할 수도 없고 계속 보유세로 빚내어 세금 내고 있다
그러다나 경매로 넘어가고 보유자는 알거지가 된다
정치하는 사람들은 남의 돈이라고 아깝지도 않고 당선에 혈안이 되어있다.
표를 얻기 위해 복지에 마구 돈을 뿌린다.
버스비 전철 공짜. 재난 지원금.. 목욕비. 실업수당. 연금 수당 공짜가 판을 친다
. 니돈 내돈 없다.
나라가 빚으로 환율은 하늘 높은 줄 모르고 연초에 1100원 하더니 6월에는 1600원 까지 뛰어올랐다
수입 물가가 오르니 당연히 시장 가격이 뛰어 오른다

먼저 타 먹고 먼저 가져가는 놈이 임자다
누군가 매너가 만든 가장 아름다운 기적 ↑
그 돈이 과연 어디서 나오는지 생각하는 사람이 몇이나. 될까?
이러다가 그리스. 베네쥬엘라.아이티~~같은 그런 나라가 되지는 않겠지?
대부분의 사람들은 공짜 공약에 표를 주지 한국의 미래는 생각 않는 것 같다
우리나라의 미래가 너무 암울하다
걱정이다. 지금 국제 사회의 현실은?
자라는 미래의 기둥 우리 아이들은 어미래가 어떻게 될까? 설마 아프리카 아이들 처럼 되지는 않겠지?
우리보다 훨씬 잘 살던 필리핀
우리나라를 원조하며 장충 체육관도 지어 준 필리핀
지금은 어떻게 되었나?
부패 정치하고 쫓겨난 대통령. 기억하는지?
하기사 정치도 경제도 전혀 모르는 내가 뭘 알겠냐 만 그래도 걱정이 되어서 넋두리로 써 보았다

I think Everything is hard to live in Uganda.
I have an endoscopy every year at the hospital, and if I know the results of the doctor right away, the ulcer medicine is always sold in the evil country.
So most of the elderly in Korea live more than 90 years old these days
Medical facilities, nutritional status, transportation environment All of this is perfect for people who live well and have no money when they are old and have no job in the country
I wish you were born in Korea.
In Korea, both kindergarten and elementary school children are well photographed and have good LG and Samsung phones.
All children are given free laptops at school.

Oh ,that's great , it's really nice living in Korea unlike Uganda ,here everything is expensive bas you know here I earn little money like 400thousand shillings and I have to pay my house rent pay for my children school fees ,pay my tuition because am at school and now my phone isn't good I dont have a laptop ,we are doing research that needs typing even the deadline is on 30th of this month I haven't typed my work and now i need a laptop I even don't have a good phone to send you pics my phone camera is spoiled I can't buy a new phone ,oh I wish I could or were born in Korea but now i have to live in Uganda

It is raining spring rain today.
I got a new passport issued the day before yesterday.
Now I will be able to go anywhere in the world again.
It is much more stylish and cool than my last passport, and the area for entry stamps has become thicker.
