참부모경 - 336. 세계 선교국 확장

1958년 일본, 1959년 미국 개척전도에 이어 해외선교가 본격화한 것은 1965년 참부모님의 제1차 세계순회 이후였다. 제1차 세계순회를 계기로 영국 이탈리아 독일 오스트리아 네덜란드 요르단 브라질 등지에 선교사가 파송되었다. 그 이후에도 계속 선교사가 파견되었지만, 1975년 2월 일본순회 중 일본 협회본부에서 열린 세계선교사회의에서 참부모님은 세계 95개국 선교사 파송을 결정하셨다. 이에 따라 5월 5일부로 본격적으로 선교사가 파송되어 127개 선교국이 확정되었으며, 그 후 195개국에 통일교회가 설립되는 등 세계선교 역사에 새로운 기록을 세웠다.
 
1 우리는 세계를 구해야 됩니다. 1974년까지 120개국에 선교사를 파송해야 됩니다. 이것은 꼭 이루어야 됩니다. 그것을 준비하기 위해서 아버님은 세계 40개국에 120개 성지를 정했습니다. 제2차 7년노정 동안에 그러한 것들을 이루어야 합니다. 누가 파송되어 갑니까? 축복가정을 보내게 되면 박해가 덜할 것입니다. 그래서 다른 식구들보다는 축복가정들을 보내야 되겠다고 생각하고 있습니다. 그런데 만일 합당한 축복가정이 없으면 그 나라에서 태어난 부모나 조부모가 있다든지 해서 그 나라와 특별한 관계가 있는 식구를 선발해서 보낼 것입니다. 그 나라와 어떤 혈통적 관계를 맺고 있는 식구가 있으면 그 식구를 파송할 것입니다. 제3차 7년노정에 들어서면 우리는 이들 120개국을 기반으로 해서 세계로 나아가야 합니다. 그렇기 때문에 이 제2차 7년노정 동안에 제3차 7년노정을 준비해야 됩니다.
 
2 1975년에는 120개국에 360명의 선교사를 보낼 것입니다. 지금까지는 한 사람을 내보냈지만 이제부터는 세 사람씩 보낼 것입니다. 한 사람은 일본 사람, 한 사람은 유럽 사람, 한 사람은 미국 사람으로 구성될 것입니다. 유럽인 1천 명으로 한 팀, 아시아인 1천 명으로 한 팀, 그다음에는 남북미인 1천 명으로 한 팀의 국제기동대를 만들 것입니다. 그래서 3천 명의 국제기동대가 돌아다니면서 한 나라에 한 달씩 가서 1천 명씩 전도하는 운동을 강력히 추진할 것입니다. 한 팀이 1천 명씩이니까 3천 명이 한 달에 한 사람씩 전도하자는 것입니다. 늦어도 석 달에 한 사람씩은 문제 없다고 봅니다. 아무리 못하더라도 석 달에 한 사람씩은 전도할 수 있습니다. 그러니까 급진적으로 통일교회 식구가 불어나는 것입니다. 그래서 현재 국제기동대 가운데 독일 사람이라든가 프랑스 사람이라든가 우수한 사람들은 앞으로 국제적인 선교사업에 배출될 수 있도록 준비하고 있습니다. 그들은 3년 동안 선교활동을 해야 됩니다. 3년이면 완전히 기반을 닦는다는 것입니다.
 
3 선교사를 보내는데 한 나라 사람만 보내는 것이 아닙니다. 독일 사람, 일본 사람, 미국 사람, 세 나라 사람을 한꺼번에 보내 문제를 일으키는 선교운동은 처음입니다. 그렇기 때문에 그 나라에서 문제 되면 이것은 세계적인 문제가 됩니다. 그 나라가 일본 사람을 반대하면 일본 사람도 그 나라 사람을 반대하는 것이요, 독일 사람을 반대하면 독일 사람도 그 나라 사람을 반대하는 것입니다. 전 세계적으로 걸려 들어간다는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 전 인류의 참소조건에서 벗어날 수 없습니다. 내가 인류를 살려 주고 인류에게 희망을 주고 선한 운동을 벌이기 위해서 보내는 것입니다. 그런데 그것을 반대하게 되면 반대한 사람이 걸리지 선을 위하고 선을 지지하게끔 한 사람은 걸리지 않는다는 것입니다.
 
4 예수님이 120문도를 중심삼고 출발한 기반 밑에서 기독교가 세계적인 출발을 했던 것과 마찬가지로 통일교회도 120개 국가에 세 사람씩 선교사를 내보내 세계적인 출발을 해야 됩니다. 1975년 4월, 늦어도 5월 중순까지는 전부 내보낼 것입니다. 예수님을 중심한 세 제자와 같은 사위기대 형태를 이룬 것을 전 세계로 널려 놓은 작전을 하기 위해 1975년에 120개 국가에 선교의 길을 열어야 합니다. 그래야만 지금부터 국가기준을 중심삼은 기반과 세계의 횡적 기반이 상대적 관계를 맺어서 모든 영이 재림해 세계에 협조할 수 있는 기반이 닦아집니다. 그러므로 국가 기준이 없어서는 안 됩니다. 그러한 것을 여기에서 총괄적으로 탕감해 주어야만 모든 영들이 전체 지상을 자기 활동무대로 해서 자유로이 활동할 수 있습니다.
 
5 세계 기독교 전체가 하나되어 강력한 조직을 갖추어 세상 나라를 조종할 수 있는 기준이 되어야 하나님의 뜻이 이루어집니다. 하나님의 뜻 앞에 설 수 있는 아벨이기 때문에 아벨 자리에만 서면 보호를 받으므로 그 기독교를 중심삼고 하나님의 뜻을 성사할 수 있지, 그렇지 않으면 하나님은 떠난다는 것입니다. 하나님이 친다면 기독교를 먼저 칩니다. 지금이 그런 때입니다. 가인 아벨 문제를 중심삼고 세계문제가 이와 같이 해결되어 나가야 됩니다. 그것이 하나님의 관입니다. 하나님은 망해서는 안 되겠으니 하나의 단체가 이와 같은 사명을 책임질 수 있기를 바랄 것입니다. 그 단체가 통일교회입니다. 이런 실정이 우리 눈앞에 다가왔는데 이 사실을 우리 몸과 마음으로 팽팽하게 부딪쳐서 방어할 책임을 누가 지느냐는 것입니다. 우리가 세계 120개국에 선교사를 내보내서 이 일을 하자는 것입니다. 그러니 미국을 중심삼고 강력한 체제를 형성해가지 않을 수 없는 것이 우리 입장입니다. 아벨의 세계적 판도를 재확보하자는 것입니다. 6 통일교회는 지금까지 국가적인 사명을 목표로 해 나왔지만, 이제는 세계적 사명으로 전개될 때이기 때문에 우리 본부에 있는 여러분 축복가정들이 책임을 다하지 않으면 안 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 36가정부터 72가정 124가정은 될 수 있으면 제3차 7년노정에서 세계를 대표해서 십자가를 지는 데에 선두에 서지 않으면 안 됩니다. 36가정 72가정 124가정은 예수님을 중심삼은 국가적 기반의 12사도와 70문도, 120문도를 상징하는 것입니다. 70문도는 국가대표요 120문도는 세계대표이기 때문에 124가정까지는 세계적 책임이 안팎으로 연결되어 있으니 세계적 수난 도상의 선두에 서서 나아가야 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 세계 선교는 뜻적으로 보면 원래 124가정 72가정 36가정이 나가야 된다는 것입니다.
 
7 왜 일본 사람, 미국 사람, 독일 사람을 선교사로 내보내느냐? 지금 통일교회가 대한민국을 중심삼고 평면상으로 찾아야 할 국가가 있다면 그것은 일본 미국 독일입니다. 이들 국가를 연결시킨다면 공산권까지 세계에서 추방할 수 있다고 봅니다. 그러므로 이런 세계사적인 책임을 짊어져야 할 국가들이 일본 미국 독일이기 때문에 이들은 지금까지 복귀 사명에 있어서 가정들이 갖지 못하였던, 다시 말하면 36가정이 하지 못하고 72가정이 하지 못하고 124가정이 하지 못하였던 것을 세계적으로 나가서 대신 탕감을 받아야 됩니다. 그래서 앞으로 그 가정들이 설 수 있는 자리를 위해서 희생을 각오하고 대신 나서야 한다는 것입니다. 국가는 다르고 민족은 다르지만 이들이 우리 가정들을 대표해서 선교 일선에 나섰다는 사실을 알고, 제3차 7년노정이 끝날 때까지 여러분 가정이 일치단결해서 이들과 하나되어야 합니다. 그래서 세계운세를 돌려놓아야 될 것이 섭리적인 관으로 본 3차 7년노정입니다. 그러므로 될 수 있으면 36가정에서부터 이들을 대표하고 이들을 총괄적으로 지도할 수 있는 체제를 만들어야 됩니다. 한국에서 세계 육대주를 순회할 수 있는 순회사 제도를 만들고, 그것을 점점 확대해서 그 선교부가 발전함에 따라 36가정을 대표적으로 투입하고, 72가정을 대표적으로 투입하고, 124가정을 대표적으로 투입해서 7년노정에서 안팎으로 하나되게 하여 세계복귀 운세를 돌이켜 놓아야 합니다. 이것이 여러분 가정을 중심삼은 제3차 7년노정입니다. 이와 같은 긴박하고도 숨 막히는 역사적인 전환기에 처해 있다는 것입니다.
 
8 우리가 세계적인 기반을 닦기 위해서 120개국에 선교사를 파송할 때 일본 사람, 독일 사람, 미국 사람을 보냈습니다. 한국 사람을 보내면 좋았겠지만 그때 한국은 여권을 내기가 힘들었고 외국에 내보내 주지 않았습니다. 통일교회에서 무엇을 한다고 하면 안 된다고 할 것이 뻔합니다. 그러니 할 수 없이 일본 사람, 독일 사람, 미국 사람을 보냈습니다. 그들은 전부 제2차 세계대전 때 서로 원수 관계였습니다. 그들이 세계 각국으로 파송되어 가서는 벽돌집이나 호화스러운 빌딩에서 살게 되어 있지 않습니다. 조그만 막사에서 엎드려 사는 것입니다. ‘너희가 그 나라 민족의 생명을 지도하겠다고 한다면 그들보다 더 고생을 해야 된다. 너희는 어떤 어려움이 있더라도 하나되어야 한다.’라고 했습니다. 그래서 그 세 사람 가운데 한 사람은 교회 책임자, 한 사람은 경제 담당자, 한 사람은 언론계 책임자로 활동하라고 훈시를 해서 보냈습니다.
 
9 여러분이 세계로 갈 수 있는 주도적인 운동을 일으켜야 할 주체적인 하나의 단체를 만들어야 됩니다. 이것이 1975년을 중심삼고 출발하는 국제기동대입니다. 이제 기동대를 앞세워 전 세계를 휩쓸고 나갈 것입니다. 예수님시대에 120문도는 세계적 대표 국가형이므로 120개 국가에 선교부를 설치해야 됩니다. 그래서 1975년부터는 그 수에 해당하는 우리 선교부를 만들 것입니다. 지금까지는 외국에 선교하러 나갈 때 혼자 나갔지만 이제부터는 세 사람씩 합해서 내보내려고 합니다. 일본 사람, 미국 사람, 독일 사람을 보내는데 아버님을 중심삼고 보면 네 사람과 마찬가지입니다. 이래서 우리는 초민족적이며 새로운 국가의 민족이 됩니다. 왜냐하면 이미 세계적 시대를 넘었기 때문입니다. 우리는 국가적 기준 앞에서 아담 국가, 해와 국가, 천사장 국가를 가질 수 있는 권내에 서 있기 때문에 세계가 공동 출발을 할 수 있는 때에 들어섰습니다. 그렇기 때문에 선교사를 세 사람씩 보내는 것입니다. 천사장 국가인 미국에서 출발해 일본으로 가고, 그다음에는 한국에서 활동하게 됩니다. 아시아의 천사장 국가인 중국, 유럽의 해와 국가인 영국과 천사장 국가인 독일 등 7개국만 연결시키면 어떠한 나라든지 우리가 자유롭게 왕래할 수 있는 길이 열린다고 봅니다.
 
10 일본의 젊은이들에게 미국은 제2차 세계대전 때의 원수 나라입니다. 독일의 젊은이들도 역시 마찬가지입니다. 그래서 일본과 독일의 젊은이들을 가장 많이 미국으로 오게 하였습니다. 일본 사람과 독일 사람이 원수 나라인 미국에서 자기 나라보다도 미국을 더욱 사랑하게 되면 여기에서 세계 초민족적인 새로운 나라가 탄생될 수 있기 때문입니다. 전 세계를 위해서 누군가가 이와 같은 목표를 세워서 일하지 않으면 안 되게 되어 있습니다. 일본의 젊은이들이 일본을 초월해서 미국에서 그와 같은 일을 해낸다고 생각할 때 이것은 일본의 자랑이 아닐 수 없습니다. 역사적으로 일본과 미국의 관계는 매우 복잡합니다. 그런데 이들이 지금 하고 있는 일들이 역사에 남게 된다면 이것은 장래 일본과 미국을 하나로 묶을 수 있는 동기가 됩니다. 이러한 것을 목표로 해서 일본의 젊은이들이 선두에 나서서 ‘위하여 존재하는 세계’ 건설을 위해 일하고 있습니다. 이것은 여러분과 일본인 전체의 자랑이 아닐 수 없습니다. 그리고 한국인과 일본인과 대만인, 이 3개국 사람들을 미국에서 하나로 묶어 내는 것입니다. 그래서 동양에 영향을 주고 미국을 안고서 움직이기 시작한다면 일본이 구해질 수 있는 길이 열릴지도 모릅니다. 대만이나 대한민국의 현황을 감안할 때 그러한 길을 모색하는 것 외에는 공산권으로부터 몰리고 있는 긴급한 아시아를 재생시킬 길이 없다고 봅니다.
 
11 미국은 천사장 국가입니다. 미국은 타락한 세계에 잃어버린 것을 다 갖다가 얽어내야 될 복귀적 천사장이기 때문에 전부 안고 있다는 것입니다. 미국은 유럽을 중심삼고 아벨 자리입니다. 그렇기 때문에 미국을 중심삼고 한국․일본․미국․독일 네 나라를 하나 만드는 것이 하나님 편에 제일 쉬운 길이라는 결론이 나옵니다. 그래서 아버님이 한국에서는 이것을 하나로 만들 수 없기 때문에 세계적 무대를 중심삼고 자유세계의 중심인 미국에 와서 기지를 닦지 않을 수 없다는 것이 원리적 관입니다. 내가 여기에 올 때 일본 사람을 데려왔습니다. 그다음에는 독일 사람을 데려왔습니다. 그다음에는 아버님과 미국 사람입니다. 그래서 4개국을 연결시키는 작전을 안 할 수 없습니다. 그런데 독일 사람, 미국 사람이 하는 것이 아니고 일본 사람이 하는 것입니다. 일본 사람이 다 해야 됩니다. 해와가 해야 됩니다. 일본은 어머니 자리입니다. 일본이 두 아들 국가를 복귀해야 됩니다. 그 나라들 중에 미국은 하늘 편이고 독일은 사탄 편입니다. 그래서 미국에서 일본 식구들이 미국 사람들과 독일 사람들을 품어 주는 것입니다. 아버님은 아담의 자리입니다. 일본은 해와의 자리입니다. 이것은 자동적인 짝입니다. 그 이후에 아담과 해와가 하나되는 것입니다. 그렇게 되면 아담인 아버님이 그 셋을 품는 것입니다. 자연적으로 두 아들의 자리에 있는 나라들을 품고 나서야 우리는 본향으로 갈 수 있습니다. 그것이 원리관입니다. 아버님이 127개국에 선교사를 내보낼 때에도 미국 사람, 독일 사람, 일본 사람을 내보냈는데, ‘너희가 하나 안 되면 안 된다. 일본 사람을 중심삼고 하나되어라.’라고 했습니다. 그것은 명령해서 하는 것이 아니라 자동적으로 해야 됩니다. 일본 선교사는 미국과 하나되고 독일을 하나 만들어야 됩니다.
 
12 이제 전 세계는 가을절기의 추수를 기다리고 있습니다. 지금까지는 통일교회를 반대했지만 이제부터는 통일교회를 반대하면 안 됩니다. 통일교회를 반대하는 분위기가 완전히 사라지고 있습니다. 세계는 추수의 역군을 부르고 있습니다. 하나님은 이번 기회에 추수의 역군을 동원하기를 바라고 있습니다. 인류는 추수의 역군을 기다리고 있고, 하나님은 추수할 역군을 내보내기를 바라고 있습니다. 그러니 여러분의 결심 위에 아버님의 결심을 연결시켜 대신해 나가겠다는 결의를 해 달라는 것입니다. 아버님의 전통적인 사상을 이어받아 새로운 제2의 아버님이 되겠다는 결심을 해야 됩니다. 그렇다면 아버님은 없어져도 그만입니다. 그러므로 전 세계 통일교회의 책임자들과 선교부에서 생활하고 있는 선교국 대표들이 여러분과 같은 결의를 함으로써 하늘땅과 영적 세계가 연결된다는 사실을 선포합니다. 이러한 계기가 설정되었다는 사실은 세계사적입니다. 이것은 보이지 않지만 세계사적인 일입니다. 이제부터는 여러분이 제2의 아버님입니다. 그렇기 때문에 핍박을 받고 어려운 일이 있더라도 자기를 중심삼고 생각하는 것이 아니라 아버님을 중심삼고 생각해야 됩니다. 제2의 아버님으로서 ‘아버님은 이런 입장에서 어떻게 했을까?’라고 늘 생각해야 됩니다. 이것이 생활방식입니다.
 
13 세계에 널려 있는 수많은 통일가의 자녀들은 하늘부모를 중심삼고 심정적 인연을 결속시켜야 됩니다. 여기에서 주고받는 그 마음은 인간세계의 어떠한 심정의 내용보다도 국가라든가 천주를 중심한 방대한 심정적 인연이어야 됩니다. 그렇게 되면 자기를 중심삼고 하나님과 주고받는 그 심정적 터전은 ‘만민이 통과하더라도 그 방향이 교차될 수 없다. 가는 도상에서 도중에 끊어질 수 없다.’라고 할 수 있는 확고한 자리가 될 수 있습니다. 다시 말하면 한국과 외국의 선교본부를 중심삼고 볼 때 한국을 통한 섭리의 인연이 그 선교본부를 통하여 전달될 때에는 지장이 없다는 것입니다. 그렇게 전달되기를 바라고, 또 전달되면 그것을 자기 나라의 전국에 확장시키고 싶어하는 것입니다. 이렇게 확고부동한 심정의 다리가 연결되어 있다면 그 다리를 통해서 역사세계에 새로운 천운을 끌어들일 수 있습니다. 이런 점에서 한국이면 한국을 중심삼고 뜻적인 입장에서 볼 때 중심은 한 점밖에 없습니다. 그 중심의 받침 혹은 터전이 기울어지면 안 됩니다. 이것이 기울어지면 도리어 파탄의 요인이 됩니다.

真の父母経 - 336. 世界宣教国の拡張

 一九五八年に日本、五九年にアメリカで開拓伝道が行われたのに続き、世界宣教が本格化したのは、六五年の真の父母様の第一次世界巡回以降であった。第一次世界巡回をきっかけに、イギリス、イタリア、ドイツ、オーストリア、オランダ、ヨルダン、ブラジルなどの地に宣教師が派遣された。その後も宣教師の派遣は続いたが、一九七五年二月、日本巡回中に日本の教会本部で開かれた世界宣教師会議で、真の父母様は、世界九十五カ圏に宣教師を派遣することを決定された。これにより、五月五日付で本格的に宣教師が派遣され、百二十七の宣教国が確定し、その後、百九十五カ国に統一教会が設立されるなど、世界宣教の歴史に新たな記録を打ち立てたのである。
 
１ 私たちは、世界を救わなければなりません。一九七四年までに、百二十カ国に宣教師を派遣しなければなりません。これは必ずしなければならないのです。それを準備するために、お父様は世界四十カ国に百二十カ所の聖地を定めました。第二次七年路程中に、そのようなことを果たさなければなりません。
 
誰が派遣されるのでしょうか。祝福家庭を送れば、迫害がより少ないでしょう。ですから、他の食口たちよりは、祝福家庭を送らなければならないと考えています。しかし、もしふさわしい祝福家庭がいなければ、その国で生まれた父母や祖父母がいるなど、その国と特別な関係がある食口を選抜して送るでしょう。その国と何かしらの血統的関係を結んでいる食口がいれば、その食口を派遣します。
 
第三次七年路程に入れば、私たちはこの百二十カ国を基盤として、世界に進んでいかなければなりません。ですから、この第二次七年路程の間に、第三次七年路程を準備しなければならないのです。
 
２ 一九七五年には、百二十カ国に三百六十人の宣教師を送るでしょう。今までは一人で送り出しましたが、これからは三人ずつ送るでしょう。一人は日本人、一人はヨーロッパ人、一人はアメリカ人で構成します。ヨーロッパ人千人で一チーム、アジア人千人で一チーム、その次に、南北のアメリカ人千人で一チームとして、国際（伝道）機動隊をつくります。そうして、三千人の国際（伝道）機動隊が回りながら、一つの国に一カ月ずつ行って、千人ずつ伝道する運動を強力に推し進めるでしょう。一チーム千人ずつですから、三千人が一カ月に一人ずつ伝道しようというのです。少なくとも、三カ月に一人ずつは問題ないと考えます。いくらできなくても、三カ月に一人ずつは伝道できるのです。ですから、急進的に統一教会の食口が増えていきます。
 
そうして、現在、国際（伝道）機動隊の中で、ドイツ人であるとか、フランス人であるとか、優秀な人々を、今後、国際的な宣教事業に輩出できるように準備しています。彼らは三年間、宣教活動をしなければなりません。三年あれば、完全に基盤を築くことができるというのです。
 
３ 宣教師を送るとき、一国の人だけを送るのではありません。ドイツ人、日本人、アメリカ人、三カ国の人を一度に送って問題を起こす宣教運動は初めてです。ですから、その国で問題になれば、これは世界的な問題になります。その国が日本人に反対すれば、日本人もその国の人に反対するのであり、ドイツ人に反対すれば、ドイツ人もその国の人に反対するのです。全世界的に引っ掛かっていくというのです。ですから、全人類の讒訴条件から免れることができません。私は人類を救ってあげ、人類に希望を与え、善の運動を展開するために送るのです。ところが、それに反対するようになれば、反対した人が引っ掛かるのであって、善のために生き、善を支持するように導いた人は、引っ掛からないというのです。
 
４ イエス様が百二十門徒を中心として出発した基盤のもとで、キリスト教が世界的な出発をしたのと同じように、統一教会も百二十カ国に三人ずつ宣教師を送って、世界的な出発をしなければなりません。一九七五年四月、遅くても五月中旬までには、すべて送り出すでしょう。イエス様を中心とした三弟子のような四位基台の形態を形成したものを、全世界に広げておく作戦をするために、一九七五年に、百二十カ国に宣教の道を開かなければなりません。
 
そのようにしてこそ、今から国家基準を中心とした基盤と世界の横的基盤が相対的関係を結び、すべての霊が再臨して世界に協助できる基盤ができるのです。ですから、国家基準がなければなりません。そのようなことをここで総括的に蕩減してあげてこそ、すべての霊たちが地上全体を自らの活動舞台にして、自由に活動できるのです。
 
５ 世界のキリスト教全体が一つになり、強力な組織を整えて国をコントロールできる基準になってこそ、神様のみ旨が成されます。神様のみ旨の前に立てるのがアベルなので、アベルの立場にさえ立てば保護を受けるのです。ですから、そのキリスト教を中心として神様のみ旨を成就できるのですが、そうでなければ神様は離れてしまうというのです。
 
神様が打つとすれば、キリスト教を先に打ちます。今がそのような時です。カイン・アベル問題を中心として、世界の問題がこのように解決されていかなければなりません。それが神様の観点です。滅びてはいけないので、神様は、一つの団体がこのような使命に責任をもつことを願うのです。その団体が統一教会です。
 
このような実情が私たちの目の前に迫ってきたのですが、この事実に体と心でしっかりとぶつかり合って防ぐ責任を、誰が負うのかというのです。私たちが世界百二十カ国に宣教師を送り、このことをしようというのです。ですから、アメリカを中心として、強力な体制を形成していかざるを得ないのが私たちの立場です。アベルの世界的版図を再確保しようというのです。
 
６ 統一教会は、今まで国家的な使命を目標としてきましたが、これからは世界的な使命をもって展開する時なので、私たちの本部にいる祝福家庭の皆さんが責任を果たさなければなりません。ですから、三十六家庭から七十二家庭、百二十四家庭は、可能な限り第三次七年路程で、世界を代表して十字架を負うための先頭に立たなければならないのです。
 
三十六家庭、七十二家庭、百二十四家庭は、イエス様を中心とした国家的基盤の十二使徒と七十門徒、百二十門徒を象徴するのです。七十門徒は国家代表であり、百二十門徒は世界代表なので、百二十四家庭までは世界的責任が内外に連結されています。ですから、世界的な受難の途上で先頭に立って進まなければなりません。それゆえ、世界宣教は、み旨から見れば、本来、百二十四家庭、七十二家庭、三十六家庭が行かなければならないというのです。
 
７ なぜ日本人、アメリカ人、ドイツ人を宣教師として送るのでしょうか。今、統一教会が大韓民国を中心として、平面上で復帰すべき国家があるとすれば、それは日本、アメリカ、ドイツです。これらの国家を連結させれば、共産圏までも世界から追放できると考えるのです。
 
ですから、このような世界史的な責任を背負わなければならない国々が日本、アメリカ、ドイツなので、これらは今まで、復帰の使命において家庭が備えられなかった、言い換えれば、三十六家庭ができず、七十二家庭ができず、百二十四家庭ができなかったことを、世界的に出ていって代わりに蕩城しなければなりません。そうして、今後、それらの家庭が立つ位置のために、犠牲を覚悟して、代わりに進み出なければならないというのです。
 
国家が違い、民族が違いますが、彼らが私たちの家庭を代表して宣教の最前線に立ったという事実を知って、第三次七年路程が終わる時まで、皆さんの家庭が一致団結し、彼らと一つにならなければなりません。そうして、世界の運勢を回しておかなければならないのが、摂理的な観点から見た第三次七年路程です。ですから、できれば、彼らを代表し、彼らを総括的に指導できる体制を三十六家庭からつくらなければなりません。
 
韓国で、世界の六大州を巡回できる巡回師制度をつくり、それを次第に拡大して、その宣教部が発展するに従って三十六家庭を代表として投入し、七十二家庭を代表として投入し、百二十四家庭を代表として投入して、七年路程で、内外で一つになるようにし、世界復帰の運勢を回しておかなければなりません。これが、皆さんの家庭を中心とした第三次七年路程です。このような緊迫し、息詰まる歴史的な転換期に置かれているというのです。
 
８ 私たちが世界的基盤を築くために、百二十カ国に宣教師を派遣する時、日本人、ドイツ人、アメリカ人を送りました。韓国人を送れば良かったのですが、その時、韓国はパスポートを取得するのが難しく、外国に送り出すことができませんでした。統一教会で「何々をする」と言えば、「駄目だ」と言われるのは明白です。ですから、仕方なく日本人、ドイツ人、アメリカ人を送ったのです。
 
彼らはすべて、第二次世界大戦の時には、互いに怨讐関係でした。彼らは、世界各国に派遣されていくのですが、煉瓦造りの家や豪華なビルに住むようにはなっていません。小さなテントで身をかがめて暮らすのです。「あなたたちがその国の民族の生命を指導しようとすれば、彼らよりもっと苦労しなければならない。あなたたちはいかなる困難があっても、一つにならなければならない」と話しました。そのようにして、その三人のうち一人は教会の責任者、一人は経済の担当者、一人は言論界の責任者として活動しなさいと訓示して送ったのです。
 
９ 皆さんは、世界に行ける主導的な運動を起こすべき、主体的な一つの団体をつくらなければなりません。これが、一九七五年を中心として出発する国際（伝道）機動隊です。
  これから、（伝道）機動隊を先頭に立てて全世界を席巻していくでしょう。イエス様の時代において、百二十門徒は世界的代表の国家型なので、百二十カ国に宣教部を設置しなければなりません。ですから、一九七五年からは、その数に該当する私たちの宣教部をつくります。
 
今までは、外国に宣教に行くとき一人で行きましたが、これからは三人ずつ一緒に送り出そうと思います。日本人、アメリカ人、ドイツ人を送りますが、お父様を中心として見れば四人と同じです。このようにして、私たちは超民族的であり、新しい国家の民族になるのです。なぜかというと、既に世界的時代を越えたからです。
 
私たちは、国家的基準の前に、アダム国家、エバ国家、天使長国家をもてる圏内に立っているので、世界が共同で出発できる時を迎えました。ですから、宣教師を三人ずつ送るのです。天使長国家であるアメリカから出発して日本に行き、その次には韓国で活動をするのです。アジアの天使長国家である中国、ヨーロッパのエバ国家であるイギリスと、天使長国家であるドイツなど、七カ国さえ連結させれば、どんな国でも私たちが自由に往来できる道が開かれると見るのです。


 10 日本の若者たちにとって、アメリカは第二次世界大戦のときの怨讐国家です。ドイツの若者たちも、やはり同じです。ですから、日本とドイツの若者たちを、最も多くアメリカに来るようにさせました。日本人とドイツ人が、怨讐の国であるアメリカにおいて、自分の国よりもアメリカをさらに愛するようになれば、ここから世界の超民族的な新しい国が誕生するからです。全世界のために、誰かがこのような目標を立てて働かなければならないようになっています。
 
日本の若者たちが、日本を超越してアメリカでそのようなことをやり遂げることを考えるとき、これは日本の誇りとなるに違いありません。歴史的に、日本とアメリカの関係は非常に複雑です。ところが、彼らが今していることが歴史に残るようになるとすれば、これは将来、日本とアメリカを一つに束ね得る動機となります。このようなことを目標として、日本の若者たちが先頭に立ち、「ために存在する世界」建設のために活動しているのです。これは、皆さんと日本人全体の誇りに違いありません。そして、韓国人と日本人と台湾人、この三カ国の人々を、アメリカで一つに束ねるのです。そうして、東洋に影響を与え、アメリカを抱えて動き始めるとすれば、日本が救われる道が開かれるかもしれません。台湾や大韓民国の現況を考慮するとき、そのような道を模索する以外には、共産圏から追われる緊急な立場にいるアジアを再生させる道はないと考えるのです。
 
 11 アメリカは天使長国家です。アメリカは、堕落した世界で失ったものをすべてもってきてくくりつけなければならない復帰的天使長なので、すべて抱えているというのです。アメリカは、ヨーロッパを中心として、アベルの立場にあります。ですから、アメリカを中心として、韓国、日本、アメリカ、ドイツの四カ国を一つにするのが、神側にとって最も容易な道だという結論が出てきます。それゆえ、お父様が、韓国ではこれを一つにすることができないので、世界的舞台を中心として、自由世界の中心であるアメリカに来て基地を築かざるを得ないというのが原理観です。
 
私はここに来るとき、日本人を連れてきました。その次には、ドイツ人を連れてきました。その次には、お父様とアメリカ人です。ですから、四カ国を連結させる作戦をせざるを得ません。ところが、ドイツ人、アメリカ人がするのではなく、日本人がするのです。日本人がすべてしなければなりません。エバがしなければならないのです。日本は母の立場です。日本が二人の息子の国家を復帰しなければなりません。その国々の中で、アメリカは天の側であり、ドイツはサタン側です。ですから、アメリカで、日本の食口たちがアメリカの人たちとドイツの人たちを抱いてあげるのです。お父様はアダムの立場です。日本はエバの立場です。これは自動的なペアです。（アメリカ人とドイツ人を抱いた）そののちに、アダムとエバが一つになるのです。そのようになれば、アダムであるお父様が、その三人を抱くのです。そうして、二人の息子の立場にある国々を抱いてこそ、私たちは本郷に行くことができます。それが原理観です。お父様が百二十七カ国に宣教師を送り出すときも、アメリカ人、ドイツ人、日本人を送ったのですが、「あなたたちは一つにならなければならない。日本人を中心として一つになりなさい」と言いました。それは、命令されてするのではなく、自動的にしなければなりません。日本人宣教師は、アメリカと一つになり、ドイツを一つにしなければなりません。
 
 12 今や全世界は、秋の季節の収穫を待っています。今までは統一教会に反対しましたが、これからは統一教会に反対してはいけません。統一教会に反対する雰囲気が、完全に消えています。世界は収穫の役軍を呼び求めています。神様は今回の機会に、収穫の役軍を動員することを願っています。人類は収穫の役軍を待っており、神様は収穫すべき役軍を送り出すことを願っています。ですから、皆さんの決心の上にお父様の決心を連結させ、代わりに行こうという決意をしてほしいというのです。お父様の伝統的な思想を受け継いで、新しい第二のレバレンド・ムーンになろうという決心をしなければなりません。そうすれば、お父様はいなくなっても問題ありません。ですから、全世界の統一教会の責任者たちと、宣教部で生活している宣教国の代表たちが、皆さんのような決意をすることにより、天地と霊的世界が連結されるという事実を宣布します。このような契機が設定されたという事実は、世界史的なことです。これは目に見えませんが、世界史的な出来事です。今からは、皆さんが第二のレバレンド・ムーンです。ですから、迫害を受け、困難なことがあるとしても、自分を中心として考えるのではなく、お父様を中心として考えなければなりません。第二のレバレンド・ムーンとして、「お父様はこのような立場で、どのようにされただろうか」と、常に考えなければならないのです。これが生活様式です。
 
 13 世界に広がっている数多くの統一家の子女たちは、天の父母様を中心として、心情的な絆を結束させなければなりません。ここで与え合うその思いは、人間世界のいかなる心情の内容よりも、国家や天宙を中心とした膨大な心情的絆によるものでなければなりません。そのようになれば、自分を中心として神様と与え合うその心情的基盤は、「万民が通過しても、その方向が交わることはない。進み行く途中で切れることがない」と言える確固たる場になることができます。言い換えると、韓国と外国の宣教本部を中心として見れば、韓国を通した摂理の関係がその宣教本部を通して伝達されるときには、支障がないというのです。そのように伝達されることを願い、また伝達されれば、それを自分の国の全土に拡張させたいと思うのです。このように確固不動たる心情の橋が連結されているとすれば、その橋を通して、歴史と世界に新しい天運を引き入れることができます。このような点で、韓国であれば韓国を中心として、摂理的な立場から見るとき、中心は一点しかありません。その中心の支え、あるいは基盤が傾いてはいけません。これが傾けば、かえって破綻の要因になるのです。

Chambumo Gyeong - 336. Expanding the scope

On the foundation of pioneering Japan in 1958 and America in 1959, overseas missionary work began in earnest in 1965 after True Parents' first world tour. The first world tour created momentum for sending missionaries to many nations, including Great Britain, Italy, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Jordan and Brazil. Missionaries were sent out continually after this period, and this led up to a world mission conference at the headquarters building in Japan during True Parents' February 1975 Japan tour. There they decided to send missionaries to 95 nations. Missionaries eventually were sent to 127 nations beginning May 5 of that same year. The Unification Church went on to set a record in the history of world missions by planting churches in 195 nations.
 
1 We must save the world. We must send missionaries to 120 nations by 1974 without fail. For this purpose I selected 120 holy grounds in 40 nations. We must send out these missionaries during the second seven-year course. Who will be sent to foreign countries? If I send blessed families, there will be less persecution, so I am thinking of sending blessed families instead of single church members. Nevertheless if I cannot find the right blessed family to send, I will send someone whose parents or grandparents are from that nation or who has some other connection to that nation. If a member has blood ties to a nation, I will send him or her there. Once we begin the third seven-year course, we must have these 120 nations set up as the foundation for world evangelism. We are preparing for the third seven-year course during the second seven-year course. (052-081, 1971/12/22)
 
2 In 1975 I will send out 360 missionaries to 120 nations. Up to now I have been sending one person at a time, but now I will send three at a time. One will be Japanese, the second will be European, and the third will be American. I will create an international task force with 1,000 Europeans on one team, 1,000 Asians on another, and 1,000 North and South Americans on the third. This international task force consisting of 3,000 people will work in each nation for a month. They will zealously witness and win 1,000 people. One team consists of 1,000 people, so I am saying each of the 1,000 will witness to one person per month. I believe it will not be a problem for each person to get one person to join us within three months at the most. Even if members are not good at witnessing, they each have to be able to find one person in three months. In this way the membership of the Unification Church will rapidly increase in number.

I am preparing so that in the future the Germans, French and any other brilliant people in this international task force can be assigned to international missionary projects. They will engage in missionary activities for three years. After three years, they will have laid a complete foundation. (073-137, 1974/08/16)
 
3 Our missionary teams are not composed of people from the same nation. This is the first missionary campaign that is stirring things up by sending out a German, a Japanese and an American— people from three nations—at once. If any mission nation causes a problem for them, it will become an international issue. If a nation oppresses the Japanese member, the Japanese government will come to his or her defense against that nation. If it persecutes the German member, Germany will come to his or her defense against that nation. Thus, the entire world will get involved. The entire human race will accuse the offending nation. I am sending these missionaries out in order to save humankind, to give the world hope and to campaign for goodness. The people who oppose us will have troubles. 4 Just as Christianity expanded globally on the foundation of Jesus commissioning 120 disciples, the Unification Church must send three missionaries to each of 120 nations in order to expand globally. Everyone must depart for their mission country between the end of April and the middle of May.

This year, 1975, we must pioneer missions in 120 nations. This will expand the four-position foundation established by Jesus and his three disciples to the world level. Then the national-level foundation will have a horizontal, global-level foundation for the reciprocal relationship that allows spirits to return to and cooperate with the earthly world. Hence, we absolutely need the national standard. Only when we offer complete and total indemnification will all spirits be able to act freely on earth. (078-016, 1975/05/01)
 
5 God's Will can be accomplished only when worldwide Christianity becomes a strong, united organization that can mobilize all nations. If we stand before God in the position of Abel we will receive protection and God's Will can be realized centering on Christianity. If that does not happen, God will leave. If God were to strike something, He would first strike Christianity. We are in such an era.

The world's issues must be resolved based on the Cain-Abel dynamic. This is God's perspective. God cannot fail. So God's hope is for one group to take this responsibility. That group is the Unification Church. This reality is right before our eyes. Who will take responsibility to defend this truth even if it means throwing themselves, mind and body, into fighting this reality? We are accomplishing this by sending missionaries to 120 nations. We now are in a position to develop a strong system based in America. We have to regain the worldwide territory of Abel. (076-331, 1975/03/15)
 
6 The Unification Church has been working on the national level, but now we are expanding internationally, so everyone at headquarters including all blessed families must assume responsibility. The 36,72 and 124 Couples must represent the world by standing at the forefront and bearing the cross during the third seven-year course. The 36, 72 and 124 Couples symbolize the 12, 70 and 120 disciples who stood with Jesus on the national foundation. Because the 70 disciples represented the nation and the 120 disciples the world, the blessed members up to the 124 Couples have to take the lead in suffering and be responsible for the whole world. In view of that, it was originally the 124,72 and 36 Couples who should have been sent out as foreign missionaries. (077-220, 1975/04/12)
 
7 Why do I send out Japanese, American and German missionaries? The nations that the Unification Church had to find, centering on Korea, were Japan, America and Germany. Connecting these four great nations will eliminate the communist sphere. Because Japan, America and Germany need to shoulder this global and historical responsibility, they are called to accomplish the mission of restoration that the 36,72 and 124 Couples were not given a chance to. They will do so by going out to the world in their place and paying indemnity.

Starting from now, missionaries from those three countries have to step forward on behalf of your families and sacrifice themselves so that your families can find your place again. Although your ethnic and national background might be different from theirs, you must understand that those missionary members are your representatives on the missionary front line. Your families must become completely one with them in solidarity. Unite with these missionaries until the completion of the third seven-year course.

We must change the world's fortune. This is the significance of the third seven-year course from the providential perspective. So, if possible we must create a system that allows you blessed families, beginning with the 36 Couples, to represent, oversee and guide these missionaries. Let us create a system in Korea by which you can serve as itinerant workers in the world's six regions, and then gradually expand that system. As the work in the mission countries develops, we must deploy representatives of the 36, 72 and 124 Couples so that everyone can unite as one, internally and externally, during the seven-year course. Doing so will change the fortune of world restoration. Doing this with your families as the base is part of the third seven-year course. We are at an urgent and breathtaking historical turning point. 8 In order to establish a global foundation, I sent missionaries from Japan, Germany and America to 120 nations. I wish we could have sent Koreans as well, but at that time it was difficult to obtain passports. They did not let people out of the country easily. In addition, the attitude about the Unification Church would have compelled the authorities to reject us. That is why I had no choice but to send people from Japan, Germany and America. The members of these countries, which were enemies during World War II, were sent to live in countries all over the world. They did not live in luxurious accommodations. They slept in small cubby-holes. I told them, "If you are going to guide the lives of this nation's people, you have to suffer more than they are suffering. And no matter what difficulties you face, you must unite with one another." I instructed them to work together as a team with one person in charge of the church, one in charge of finances, and the third in charge of media. (110-187, 1980/11/17)
 
9 I need to create a strong movement, a proactive organization that can lead the world. This is the international task force that will be launched in 1975. I will have this task force take the lead and proliferate across the world. During Jesus' time the 120 disciples symbolized the world. Therefore, we must now establish missions in 120 nations. Starting in 1975, we must create missions corresponding to this number. We have been going out overseas one by one, but this time I will send out teams of three. Each team will have a Japanese, an American and a German. With me as the center, we will be a team of four. In this way we are transcending race. We are becoming people of a new nation. We have entered a global era. The team will represent the world because we are in a providential realm that allows us to establish Adam, Eve and the archangel on the national level.

That is why I am sending out teams of three missionaries. They will depart from America, the archangel nation, go to Japan and finally engage in activities in Korea. When we connect seven nations including China, the archangel nation of Asia, Great Britain, the Eve nation of Europe, and Germany, the archangel nation of Europe, I believe a path will open allowing us to travel freely to any nation of the world. 10 Because of World War II, the young people of Japan consider America an enemy nation, as do the young people of Germany. That is why most of the young people I invited to America were from Japan and Germany. The place where Japanese and Germans go to America, their enemy nation, and love her more than they love their own nation, will give birth to a new nation that transcends all races. Someone must set such a goal and work to achieve it for the sake of the world.

When we think of how young people from Japan are transcending their own nationality to accomplish this in America, there is no question that they will become the pride of Japan. Historically, Japan and America have a complicated relationship. When the things these young people are doing right now are recorded in history, they will become an inspiration that will bind Japan and America together in the future. In pursuit of this goal, young people of Japan are taking the lead in this work to create a world where people live for the sake of others. This is something of which you and all Japanese people can be proud.

In America I will unite Koreans, Japanese and Taiwanese. If we begin to exert influence on the East with America in our embrace, a path for Japan s salvation just might open up. When we consider the current state of affairs in Taiwan and the Republic of Korea, I believe that this path is the only way to revive Asia, which is being progressively influenced by the communist sphere. 11 America is the archangel nation. America embraces everything because it is the restored archangel and has to bring back everything that was lost and tie it together. America is in the position of Abel in relationship to Europe. We can conclude that the easiest path to God requires us to unite the four nations of Korea, Japan, America and Germany, focusing on America.

I could not create this unity in Korea. I had to go to America, the center of the free world, and build a global base. This is in accordance with the Principle. I mobilized Japanese members to join me here in America. After that, I mobilized Germans, linking them to the Americans that followed me, who represented Korea. I used this strategy to connect these four nations and it is the Japanese, not the Germans or Americans, who must facilitate these connections. The Japanese must do it all. That is Eves task.

Japan stands in the mother position. Japan must restore the two son nations. Of the two, America stands on God's side and Germany stands on Satan's side. That is why the Japanese members in America are embracing the Americans and Germans. I stand in Adam's position. Japan stands in Eve's position. That automatically makes us a pair who then can become one. When this happens, I, in Adam's position, can embrace all three. When we can embrace naturally the two nations that stand in the position of sons, we can go to the original hometown. This is based on the principled point of view.

When I sent missionaries to 127 nations, I sent Americans, Germans and Japanese. I said to them, "You need to become one, centering on the Japanese member." They must do this naturally, not because they were ordered to. The Japanese missionaries have to unite with America and then create unity with Germany. (119-245, 1982/09/13)
 
12 The entire world is waiting for the autumn harvest season. People who have opposed the Unification Church up until now have no choice but to desist. The general feeling of opposition against the Unification Church is completely disappearing. The world is calling for people to reap the harvest. God is greatly anticipating the mobilization of these people. Humankind is waiting for them and God wants to send them.

That is why I am asking you to connect your resolve to mine and to be determined to go out on my behalf. You must resolve to inherit my tradition and worldview and become my new second self. Then, even if I were to disappear, it would not be a problem. That is why I proclaim that heaven and earth will connect with the spirit world when the leaders of the Unification Church worldwide, including the representatives who are living in their mission countries, make the same resolution that you have made.

The fact that this opportunity was given to us is historic. It is a global opportunity. Although it is not visible to the world, it is a historic event of global proportions. From this day forward, each of you is my second self. Even if you face persecution or find yourself in difficulties, do not be self-centered, but instead take my perspective. As my second self, think, "What would True Father do in this position?" This must be your way of life. (131-320, 1984/05/19)
 
13 Countless children of the Unification movement spread across the world must merge their hearts in the love of the Heavenly Parent. Deeply bonded to each other in God's love, their hearts must be rooted in the nation and the cosmos, not in the narrow emotional context of personal relationships. When they do, the foundation of heart upon which they can communicate with God will be solid enough for them to say, "Even all the people of the world cannot change my determination. This bond of heart cannot be severed in the middle of our journey along this path." In other words, there will be no obstacles if this providential connection of heart originating from Korea flows out to the world through the regional and national headquarters.

The hope of the missionaries is that such a connection of heart will come, and once it has come, that it will weave its way through their mission countries. If that kind of unshakeable bridge of heart is in place, then a new wave of heavenly fortune that will transform the world and history can go across that bridge. If we are talking about Korea, then the center is Korea. From the perspective of providence, the center must be a single point. The supporting pillar or foundation for that center must not tilt. If it does tilt, it will cause everything to break down. (051-071, 1971/11/01)
