| [126] 한학자 총재 말씀선집 1권 - 참부모님을 중심한 하나의 세계 제4부 세계 평화 실현의 과제 2) 피스로드와 국제과학통일회 1. 피스로드 - 2 아버님께서 많은 말씀과 일을 하셨는데, 나는 그것을 더 크고 확실한 결과로 만들어 놓으려고 계획하고 노력하고 있습니다. 내가 며칠 전에 일본의 한일 해저터널 현장에 다녀왔습니다. 아버님께서 1981년 제10차 국제과학통일회의에서 세계평화 고속도로와 한일 해저터널 구상을 발표하셨습니다. 그때 그 말을 들은 일본 식구들은 그것을 실천하겠다고 해서 한국과 단거리가 될 수 있는 가라쓰의 땅을 확보했고, 5년 후부터는 터널을 뚫기 시작했습니다. 해저 600미터까지 팠지만, 바쁜 세계섭리 때문에 거기에만 집중할 수 없어서 중단되다시피 했던 것입니다. 그런데 그 일을 계속 붙들고 수고한 일본 식구들이 있습니다. 지금 거대한 나라들이 세계의 장래를 보지 못하고 자국의 이익만을 먼저 생각하는 것입니다. 이웃 나라가 어떻게 되든 말든 자국의 이익만을 생각하는 것이 현실입니다. 한반도는 남북이 하나 되지 못한 입장이고 한일 해저터널도 어렵다고 하는 상황이지만 세계 전체를 생각해야 할 참부모의 입장에서 가만히 있을 수 없습니다. 영국과 프랑스가 과거 백년전쟁을 했지만, 독일이 부상하니까 위협을 느껴서 서로 손잡고 도버해협에 유로 터널을 만든 것입니다. 국가의 정상이 손을 잡고 민간 자본을 동원해서 만들었습니다. 한국과 일본도 정부가 손을 잡게 되면 민간 자본을 통해서 할 수 있는 일입니다. 우리는 30년 동안 계속 그 일을 준비해 나왔습니다. 일본의 28개 현이 지지하고 있습니다. 일본이 러시아와 연결되면 한국은 섬나라와 마찬가지가 됩니다. 이것을 내다보는 정치인이 없습니다. 내가 세계평화 고속도로의 실질적인 지도를 그리라고 했습니다. 하나의 세계로 갈 수 있는 길에 대해서 말로만 하는 것이 아니라 실질적인 계획 하에 앞으로 몇 년 안에 이렇게 할 수 있다고 하는 지도를 그리라고 했습니다. 남미 칠레 산티아고로부터 시작해서 중미와 캐나다를 거쳐 벨링 해협 해저터널을 지나 러시아와 아시아로 오는 것입니다. 다른 한쪽에서는 아프리카의 희망봉에서부터 유럽과 중동을 거쳐 아시아로 오는데 결국 한국으로 집결하는 지도를 그릴 것입니다. 거기에 동참할 수 있는 여러분이 돼야 합니다. | [126] 韓鶴子総裁御言選集 1 - 真の父母様を中心とした一つの世界 第四部 世界平和実現の課題 2)ピースロードと科学の統一に関する国際会議 1. ピースロード - 2 お父様は多くのみ言を語り、多くのことをなさいましたが、私はそれをさらに大きく確実な結果として残そうと計画し、努力しています。数日前に私は日本の日韓海底トンネルの現場に行ってきました。お父様が1981年の第10回「科学の統一に関する国際会議」で「世界平和ハイウェイ」と日韓海底トンネルの構想を発表なさいました。 その時、それを聞いた日本の食口たちは、それを実践しようと韓国から最短距離にある唐律の土地を確保し、5年後から掘削を始めました。海底600メートルまで掘りましたが、多忙な世界摂理のゆえに、その事業だけに集中することができず、半ば中断したような状態となっていました。しかし、その事業を手放すことなく苦労し続けた日本の食口たちがいます。 今、巨大な国が世界の将来に目を向けることができずに自国だけの利益を先に考えるような世界情勢です。隣国がどうなっても関係なぐ自国だけの利益を考えるのが現状です。韓半島は南北が一つとなれていない立場にあり、日韓海底トンネルも難しいという状況ですが、世界全体を考えるべき真の父母の立場として何もせずにはいられません。 イギリスとフランスは過去、百年戦争をしましたが、ドイツが浮上してきたことで危険を感じ、互いに手を取ってドーバー海瞬にトンネルを造ったのです。国家の首脳が手を取り合い、民間資本によって造りました。韓国と日本も政府が手を組むならば、民間資本によってできることなのです。私たちは30年間、ずっとその事業のために準備してきました。日本の28の県が支持しています。日本がロシアとつながれば、韓国は孤島のような立場になります。これを見通している政治家はいません。 私は「世界平和ハイウェイ」の実質的な地図を作るように言いました。一つの世界に向かうことのできる道について、言葉だけではなく実質的な計画のもとで、今後数年の間にこのようにすることができるという地図を作るように言ったのです。 南米チリのサンティアゴから始まって、中米とカナダを経てべ一リング海峡海底トンネルを通って、ロシアとアジアに来るのです。もう一方ではアフリカの喜望峰からヨーロッパと中東を経てアジアに来るのですが、最終的に韓国に集結する地図を作成するのです。それに同参することのできる皆さんにならなければなりません。（2016.11.18,天正宮博物館） |

Peace Road - 2 Father taught us many things and started a lots of projects. I am making plans and working hard to ensure they yield more concrete results. A few days ago, I visited the construction site of the Korea-Japan Undersea Tunnel in Japan. Father presented his plans on the World Peace Highway and the Korea-Japan Undersea Tunnel at the 10th ICUS conference in 1981. Japanese members who heard about it then wanted to carry out the project and bought land in Karatsu, located at the shortest distance from Korea. They began digging the tunnel five years later. They were able to tunnel under the sea 600 meters. They had to stop, however, as they could not focus on that alone due to the on-going global providence. However, there are still Japanese members who continue to work hard on this project. Powerful nations today are not looking into the future of this world and are putting their national interests first. It is today's reality to see nations prioritize their national interests regardless of what happens to their neighboring countries. The Korean peninsula is still divided between the North and South and these circumstances make it difficult for the Korea-Japan Undersea Tunnel to be constructed. However, as the True Parents, we must think of the whole world and cannot stand still. Great Britain and France waged the Hundred Years' War against each other in the past. However, when Germany began to rise, they felt threatened and joined hands to build the Euro Tunnel under the Strait of Dover. Their heads of state joined forces and mobilized private capital to build the tunnel. If the Korean and Japanese governments could likewise join forces, this project also could be fully realized through private capital. We have prepared for this project for the past 30 years, and 28 prefectures in Japan are supporting the project. If Japan makes that connection to Russia, Korea will become like an island nation. Yet, there are no politicians foreseeing this. I asked that an actual map of the World Peace Highway be drawn. We should not simply talk about a path leading to one world. Hence, I asked that a map be drawn—a map that shows how this can be executed in the next few years on the basis of a substantial plan. At one end, the highway will begin from Santiago, Chile, in South America, go through Central America, cross Canada, pass through the Bering Strait Undersea Tunnel, traverse Russia and move toward Asia. At the other end, the highway will begin from the Cape of Hope, Africa, cross through Europe and the Middle East and move toward Asia. In conclusion, all of these roads will meet in Korea.
