붉은 요새 복합 건물[ Red Fort Complex ] - 인도(India)
인도의 델리에 있다. 인도에서는‘랄 킬라’(Lal Quila)라고 한다. `랄`은 '붉다', ‘킬라`는 '성'이라는 의미이다. 무굴 제국의 다섯 번째 황제 샤 자한(Shah Jahan)이 수도를 아그라에서 샤자하나바드로 옮기고 이곳에 건설한 왕궁이다. 1638년에 시작하여 1648년에 완공하였다. 성채가 붉은 색으로 보이는 것은 건물을 둘러싼 벽이 붉은 사암으로 되어있기 때문이다. 전투 목적을 고려하여 벽을 높이고, 깊은 해자를 만들었다
