This is the place to go in Tokyo if you want to hear and dance to mainly salsa music. A lively, easy-to-dance-to music selection comparable with New York/Puerto Rico. A popular place to go even during the week. On the weekends Salsa Caribe attracts many latinos from areas surrounding Tokyo, so in the later hours there is a predominance of merengue, and it tends to get so packed that it is almost impossible to dance.

Music is played in the general order of merengue, bachata, and salsa, the salsa being often of the Cuban variety. Some people think that this club should be called 'Merengue Sudado' for the predominance of merengues played by the DJs.

Lesson and party held every Thursday. This party is popular with salsa beginners who still don't have the confidence to go dancing in Roppongi on the weekends. Held in a bright studio in trendy Aoyama, this is the place to go for a light atmosphere and the chance to practice and improve. Higher level dancers are also attracted by the uncrowded space, something next to impossible to find in Roppongi.

Perhaps for its comparatively high entrance fee, this club doesn't get as crowded as other clubs in Roppongi, and it is possible to dance without having to worry too much about bumping into other dancers. In a system that is similar to that popular in London, this club also doubles as both a salsa and tango club, holding salsa nights about three times a week, including Tuesdays and Saturdays.
