걷기만큼 좋은 운동은 없으리 몸도 마음도 치유하니
길은 정도를 걸어야하느니
앞에 가는 사람은 나의 거울이라
걸음 고쳐 걷고 보폭도 조정하고
정자나무 밑 벤치에 잠시 쉰다고 안 가는 것은 아니리
시간의 열차에 이미 내 몸이야 위탁돼 있으니
가는 사람도 오는 사람도 있네
가고오고는 보이는 현상일 뿐
실은 모두 가고만 있는 것이리
꼬부랑길은 운치가 있네
들길 가다보면 농부들은 밀레 만종의 기도소리가 들리고
쟁명한 봄날엔 기화요초의 생명의 비약을 보고
가을 산길에선 낙엽의 숙성된 황홀한 빛깔에서
언젠가는 가야할 귀향의 쓸쓸한 소회를 보네
언덕 오르막길을 옹골차게 오르며
산 너머에 데자뷰(deja vu)
파스텔 빛 도원(桃園)을 그려보네
드디어 황혼 붙잡고 있던 괄기는 바위산도
무력함을 알고 황혼을 놓네만
밤하늘엔 또 섬섬 별들 있기에 칠흑의 완미 알게 되느니
흑백 밤하늘 장관 볼 수 있는 건 이 얼마만한 축복인가 !
인생은 걷는 것이라네
걷는 것은 도(道)를 가는 것
미혹의 세계를 넘어 깨달음의 경지에 이르는 것
도(道)는 자기를 찾는 것
인생은 걸을 수 있는 데까지 꼭그까지만 걷는 것이네

There's no better exercise than walking
Walking heals your body and mind.
You walk the straight way.
The person in front of you is your mirror.
You'll correct and adjust your stride
Taking a break from the bench under the pavilion,
It doesn't mean you won't go,
because you have already entrusted yourslf to the train of time.
There are people who are going and people who are coming.
It's just a phenomenon where you can see it
Actually, everyone's just going
The winding path has a nice charm.
On the way here, the farmers will hear the Evening bell of Millet's L' Angelus.
On a bright spring day, you saw the leap of life of pretty grass flowers
On the autumn mountain path, from the ripened ecstatic color of the leaves
You'd see the lonely impression of a homecoming that you have to go to someday
over the mountain
You'll see the deja vu of the pastel-tint virtual view.
Finally, the rocky mountain
that was holding on to the twilight knows its helplessness, and it is letting go of the twilight.
There are also bright
stars in the night sky,
so rather than knowing the fullness of the pitch blacknessp
What a blessing it is to be able to see the spectacular view of the black and white night sky!
Life is about walking
Walking is going astray
the state of enlightenment beyond the world of mystery
Do is to find yourself
Life is about walking as far as you can walk
