[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 시편40편
1. (악장에게 준 다윗의 시) 내가 끈기 있게 {주}를 기다렸더니 그분께서 내게 귀를 기울이사 내 부르짖음을 들으셨도다.
, A Psalm of David. I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.
2. 그분께서 또한 무서운 구덩이와 진흙 수렁에서 나를 끌어올리시며 내 발을 반석에 두시고 나의 가는 걸음을 굳게
세우셨도다.
He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, [and] established my goings.
3. 또 그분께서 새 노래 곧 우리 [하나님]께 드릴 찬양을 내 입에 두셨으니 많은 사람이 그것을 보고 두려워하여 {주}를
신뢰하리로다.
And he hath put a new song in my mouth, [even] praise unto our God: many shall see [it], and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.
4. {주}를 신뢰하고 교만한 자나 거짓말에 치우치는 자를 중히 여기지 아니하는 자는 복이 있도다.
Blessed [is] that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
5. 오 {주} 내 [하나님]이여, 주께서 행하신 놀라운 일이 많고 우리를 향하신 주의 생각이 많으므로 차례대로 그것들을
헤아려 주께 아뢸 수 없나이다. 내가 그것들을 밝히 드러내어 말하려 하여도 그것들이 너무 많아 수를 셀 수 없나이다.
Many, O LORD my God, [are] thy wonderful works [which] thou hast done, and thy thoughts [which are] to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: [if] I would declare and speak [of them], they are more than can be numbered.
6. 희생물과 헌물은 주께서 원치 아니하셨나이다. 내 귀를 주께서 여셨고 번제 헌물과 죄 헌물은 주께서 요구하지
아니하셨나이다.
Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.
7. 그때에 내가 말하기를, 보시옵소서, 내가 오나이다. 두루마리 책에 나를 가리켜 기록된 것이 있나이다.
Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book [it is] written of me,
8. 오 나의 [하나님]이여, 내가 주의 뜻 행하기를 기뻐하오니 참으로 주의 법이 내 마음속에 있나이다, 하였나이다.
I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law [is] within my heart.
9. 내가 큰 회중 가운데서 의를 선포하였사오니, 보소서, 오 {주}여, 내가 내 입술을 금하지 아니한 것을 주께서
아시나이다.
I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.
10. 내가 주의 의를 내 마음속에 숨기지 아니하고 주의 신실하심과 주의 구원을 밝히 드러내었으며 주의 인자하심과
주의 진리를 그 큰 회중에게 감추지 아니하였나이다.
I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.
11. 오 {주}여, 주께서 주의 친절한 긍휼을 내게서 거두지 마시오며 주의 인자하심과 주의 진리로 항상 나를 보존하소서.
Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.
12. 셀 수 없이 많은 재앙들이 나를 에워싸고 내 불법들이 나를 붙들므로 내가 위를 볼 수도 없사오며 그것들이 내
머리털보다 많으므로 내가 낙심하나이다.
For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.
13. 오 {주}여, 나를 건지는 것을 기쁘게 여기소서. 오 {주}여, 속히 나를 도우소서.
Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
14. 내 혼을 찾아 멸하려 하는 자들은 부끄러움을 당하고 함께 당황하게 하시며 내게 재앙이 있기를 바라는 자들은 뒤로
물러가 수치를 당하게 하소서.
Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.
15. 나를 향하여, 아하, 아하, 하는 자들은 자기들의 모욕에 대한 대가로 황폐케 하소서.
Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.
16. 주를 찾는 모든 자들은 주를 기뻐하고 즐거워하게 하시며 주의 구원을 사랑하는 자는 항상 말하기를,
{주}를 크게 높일지어다, 하게 하소서.
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.
17. 비록 내가 가난하고 궁핍할지라도 [주]께서는 나를 생각하시나이다. 주는 나의 도움이시요, 나의 구출자시오니,
오 나의 [하나님]이여, 지체하지 마옵소서.
But I [am] poor and needy; [yet] the Lord thinketh upon me: thou [art] my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.
