[바이블 애플] KJV 흠정역 갈라디아서3장
1. 오 어리석도다 갈라디아 사람들아, 예수 그리스도께서 십자가에 못 박히신 것이 너희 가운데서 너희 눈앞에 분명하게 제시되었거늘 누가 너희를 꾀어 너희가 진리에 순종하지 못하게 하더냐?
O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
2. 내가 너희에게서 다만 이것을 알고자 하노라. 너희가 율법의 행위로 [성령]을 받았느냐, 믿음에 관하여 들음으로 받았느냐?
This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
3. 너희가 그렇게 어리석으냐? 너희가 [성령] 안에서 시작하였다가 이제는 육체로 완전해지고자 하느냐?
Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
4. 너희가 그토록 많은 것들로 헛되이 고난을 당하였느냐, 과연 그 일이 헛되냐?
Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if [it be] yet in vain.
5. 그런즉 너희에게 [성령]을 제공해 주시고 너희 가운데서 기적들을 행하시는 그분께서 그것을 율법의 행위로 하시느냐, 믿음에 관하여 들음으로 하시느냐?
He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, [doeth he it] by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
6. 이것은 곧 아브라함이 [하나님]을 믿으매 그것을 그에게 의로 여기셨느니라 함과 같으니라.
Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
7. 그런즉 너희는 믿음에 속한 자들 곧 그들이 아브라함의 자손인 줄 알지어다.
Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
8. 또 [하나님]께서 믿음을 통해 이교도들을 의롭게 하려 하심을 성경 기록이 미리 보고 아브라함에게 미리 복음을 선포하여 이르되, 네 안에서 모든 민족들이 복을 받으리라, 하였으니
And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, [saying], In thee shall all nations be blessed.
9. 그런즉 이와 같이 믿음에 속한 자들은 믿음이 충만한 아브라함과 함께 복을 받느니라.
So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
10. 율법의 행위에 속한 자들은 다 저주 아래 있나니 기록된바, 율법 책에 기록된 모든 것을 행하기 위하여 항상 그것들 가운데 거하지 아니하는 자는 다 저주받은 자니라, 하였느니라.
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
11. 그러나 [하나님]의 눈앞에서는 아무도 율법으로 의롭게 되지 못할 것이 분명하니, 의인은 믿음으로 살리라, 하였느니라.
But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, [it is] evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
12. 또 율법은 믿음에서 나지 아니하나니 오직, 그것들을 행하는 사람은 그것들 가운데서 살리라, 하였느니라.
And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
13. 그리스도께서 우리를 위해 저주가 되사 율법의 저주에서 우리를 구속하셨으니 기록된바, 나무에 달리는 모든 자는 저주 받았느니라, 하였느니라.
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed [is] every one that hangeth on a tree:
14. 이것은 아브라함의 복이 예수 그리스도를 통해 이방인들 위에 임하게 하고 또 우리가 믿음을 통해 [성령]을 약속으로 받게 하려 함이니라.
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
15. 형제들아, 내가 사람의 관례대로 말하노니 그것이 단지 사람의 언약이라도 일단 확정되면 아무도 취소하거나 거기에 더하지 못하느니라.
Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though [it be] but a mans covenant, yet [if it be] confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.
16. 이제 그 약속들은 아브라함과 그의 씨에게 하신 것인데 그분께서 여럿을 가리키며, 씨들에게, 하지 아니하시고 하나를 가리키며, 네 씨에게, 하시나니 이 씨는 그리스도시니라.
Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
17. 내가 이것을 말하노니 [하나님]께서 그리스도 안에서 미리 확정하신 그 언약을 사백삼십 년 뒤에 생긴 율법이 취소하지 못하며 또 그 약속을 무효로 만들지 못하리라.
And this I say, [that] the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.
18. 만일 그 상속 유업이 율법에서 나면 그것은 더 이상 약속에서 나지 아니하느니라. 그러나 [하나님]께서는 그것을 아브라함에게 약속을 통해 주셨느니라.
For if the inheritance [be] of the law, [it is] no more of promise: but God gave [it] to Abraham by promise.
19. 그러면 율법은 무엇을 위한 것이냐? 그것은 약속을 받은 그 씨가 오실 때까지 범죄들로 인해 더해진 것이요, 한 중재자의 손에서 천사들에 의해 정해진 것이라.
Wherefore then [serveth] the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; [and it was] ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
20. 이제 중재자라 함은 하나만의 중재자가 아니로되 [하나님]은 하나이시니라.
Now a mediator is not [a mediator] of one, but God is one.
21. 그러면 율법이 [하나님]의 약속들에 위배되느냐? 결코 그럴 수 없느니라. 만일 생명을 줄 수 있는 율법이 주어졌더라면 진실로 의가 율법으로 말미암아 있었으리라.
[Is] the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
22. 그러나 성경 기록이 모든 것을 죄 아래 가두어 두었으니 이것은 주께서 믿는 자들에게 예수 그리스도의 믿음으로 말미암는 약속을 주려 하심이라.
But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
23. 그러나 믿음이 오기 전에는 우리가 율법 아래 붙잡혀서 나중에 계시될 믿음에 이르기까지 갇혀 있었느니라.
But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
24. 그런즉 율법은 우리를 그리스도께로 인도하는 훈육 선생이었으니 이것은 우리가 믿음으로 의롭게 되게 하려 함이라.
Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster [to bring us] unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25. 그러나 믿음이 온 뒤에는 우리가 더 이상 훈육 선생 아래 있지 아니하도다.
But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
26. 너희가 다 그리스도 예수님을 믿는 믿음으로 말미암아 [하나님]의 아이들이 되었나니
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27. 너희 가운데 그리스도 안으로 침례를 받은 자는 다 그리스도로 옷 입었느니라.
For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
28. 거기에는 유대인이나 그리스인이 없고 매인 자나 자유로운 자가 없으며 남자나 여자가 없나니 너희는 다 그리스도 예수님 안에서 하나이니라.
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29. 너희가 그리스도께 속한 자면 곧 아브라함의 씨요 약속에 따른 상속자니라.
And if ye [be] Christs, then are ye Abrahams seed, and heirs according to the promise.
