하구를 댐으로 막지 않은 하류는 이처럼 바닷물이 들락거리는 기수(汽水)구간이 된다. 이곳은 바다어종이 산란을 위해 상류로 거슬러 올라가는 길목이기도 하다. 생태계가 살아 숨쉬는 곳이다. 주민들이 각종 어구를 이용하여 어업을 하고 있다. 우리의 4대강 재자연화와 낙동강 하구언에 대한 생각이 난다.
The end of the river which was not stopped by a dam becomes estuary where the seawater keep go in and out. Thruough the esturary migratory fishes go upstream in order to lay eggs. The estuary makes a live ecosystem. At esturary the kinds of fishes are diverse, and fishing is very active. I thought about the renaturalization of 4 major rivers in Korea, and Nakdong river estuary dike.

A very emotional rest area facility.
아이들이 낯선 사람인 필자를 보고 손을 흔드길래 사진을 찍겠다고 하니 벌써 V자 포즈를 취하고 있다.
The kids waved to a stranger like me.
As soon as I said "I will take a picture of you," one of them showed V sign.
동네 가까이에 있는 바위산이 석상작품의 재료를 제공하고 있다.
베트남의 석상과 돌제품은 재질과 무늬가 다양하다. 이 나라의 지질학적 연유가 궁금해진다.

낮에도 휴식할 수 있도록 중간지점에 잡아둔 베트남식의 깔끔한 호텔. 값도 싸다.
I reserved a hotel in the midway of daily course, where I could rest around noon.
The hotel was clean and cheap.
오후일정을 진행하면서 저녁식사로 먹은 고등어 구이조림 백반. 우리돈으로 4천원이다.
밥은 늘 푸짐하게 준다.
I ate rice and hard-boiled mackerel for supper.
The price was cheap, 4000 won.
They supply rice as much as I can eat.
저녁 마칠 무렵 Dong Moi 라는 동네에서 주민들이 어떻게 알고 기다렸다가 필자와 기념셀카들을 찍는다. 그리고는 동네아이들도 환호를 하길래 자연스럽게 어울려 사진을 찍었다. 지구촌 아이들은 무언가를 말하고 싶은가 보다.
When I finished today's walking, I met many people at a village, Dong Moi.
They knew my arrival in advance and were waiting for me to take a picture with me.
The kids welcomed me, and I took a picture with the kids.
The kids everywhere in the Earth village have something to say.
