오늘은 뜨거운 날씨가 예견되는 가운데 아침에는 구름이 짙어서 좋았다.
Today's weather was forecast to be hot. In the morning we could see dark clouds.
지나치던 식당에서 보시를 받은 생수.
시원한 느낌을 얼굴과 목덜미에도 대곤 한다.
This bottled water was given by an owner of restaurant as alms.
I could feel the coolness of the bottled water when I touch it to my face and neck.
인도차이나(베트남 라오스 태국) 지역에서 처음 보는 말이다.
우리의 조랑말과 닮은듯.
This is the first horse I have seen in Indochina region, Vietnam Laos and Thailand.
This horse looks like the horse of Jejoo island in Korea.
어느 TV방송국의 직원들이 지나가다가 호기심에 기다렸다.
생명헌장을 포함하여 여러 자료를 전달해주었다.
The reporters of a TV station happened to pass by us.
They showed curiosity about our pilgrimage.
We gave them related materials including World Life Charter.

만나는 이들에게 손을 흔들어주느라 한손은 늘 비워두는 편이다.
Mr. Hara took a picture of my appearance.
I keep one hand empty mostly in order to wave to the passerby.
익어가는 들녁을 걷는다. 흔히 이모작은 첫수확후 내버려둔 논에서 자연히 다시 자란 벼를 수확하는데 첫벼의 70%정도를 수확한다고 한다.
I am walking along the field where the rice is ripening.
They do doule-cropping of rice.
After the first harvest, they just leave the rice paddy as natural state.
Then the rice grows again.
They harvest the second rice, which is almost 70% of the first harvest.
오후에 재미있는 만남이 시작되었다.
이 아가씨가 어머니와 함께 논을 돌보다가 지나가는 필자를 발견하고는 손을 흔든다.
리플렛을 받으면서 우리말로 '감사합니다' 하길래 반가웠다.

In the afternoon, an interesting event happened.
This girl was working with her mother at the rice paddy.
She saw me, and waved to me.
I gave her the pamphlet, and she said "Thank you" in Korean.
I was very glad to hear Korean in Thailand.
I took a picture with her.
떠나는데 하트모양을 그리면서 우리말로 '사랑해'라고 외친다.
감동이다.
When I leave, she showed heart-sign and said "I love you" in Korean.
I was deeply moved.
한참을 걸어가는데 옆에서 승용차차창을 열면서 '안녕하세요'
다시 만났다. 모친이 모는 차다.
필자가 반가워서 '나중에 저녁식사를 함께 할까요?'
After a while, a passenger car stopped by me. The side-window was open.
And I met her again. Her mother was driving.
I was so glad that I said "How about having dinner together?"

고등학교 화학선생님인 모친은 취미로 농사를 짓고 있었는데,
저녁식사를 위해 옷을 갈아 입고 나왔다.
Mr. Hara took a picture of the mother and daughter.
The mother was teaching chemistry in high school.
She was growing crops as hobby.
She changed her clothes and came to us for dinner.
모녀의 옛사진을 새긴 티셔츠를 입고,
딸은 예쁜 뷰티로 다시 등장했다. 하는 일도 미용분야의 마켓팅이라고 한다.
Her mother wore a T-shirt which keeps an old printing of mother and daughter.
The daughter reappeared in wonderful clothes.
She was working in marketing part of make-up business.
함께 포즈를 취했다.
We took a picture together.
Ban Phai 라는 동네다.
We arrived at a village called Ban Phai.
함께 시장을 산보하는 일행. 분위기가 좋다.
We looked around the market together. We were happy.
이 분의 제자인 졸업생들을 만났다.
We met the graduates whom the chemistry teacher taught.
익사이팅한 시간이었다.
함께 저녁식사를 일찍 먹느라, 못다 걸은 4km를 내일 새벽일찍 걸어야하지만~^^
It was an exciting event.
Because we had an early dinner, today's course was shortened by 4 km.
It is no problem. I will add 4 km to tomorrow's course.
