The friedly workers of the coffee shop at roadside bught me bottled water and muffins.
일종의 불교관련 기념공원이 보인다.
This is kind of a memorial park related with Buddhism.
이 부부는 자동차를 세우고 한참을 서있더니 먹을 것과 우산을 선물해준다.
우산은 바람불면 날아가는 탓에 그동안 이용하지 않았지만 요즈음의 태국은 바람이 적은 시절이라 순례에 안성맞춤이다.
This couple was driving. They stopped their car and waited for me to come.
They gave me something to eat and an umbrella as present.
Usually I do not use an umbrella, because a strong wind capsize the umbrella.
However, this season of Thailand is not windy but rainy. Umbrella is a good present for a pilgrim.
물소들이 놀고 있다. 물소는 몸에 물적시는 걸 유난히 좋아한다. 식성이 좋아서 언제나 몸집이 탱탱하다.
Water buffaloes are wandering. Water buffaloes enjoy mud bathing.
They have such a good appetite that they are usually tautly.
걸어가는 필자를 유심히 보면서 고개를 돌리고 있다.

I asked for garlic at the restaurant where I ate supper.
The advantage of Laos and Thailand is that I can enjoy garlic at restaurants.
