We took rest for two days. On the last day, we walked 14 km along the seaside street.

페낭은 말라카해협이라는 해상교통로의 요충코스의 관문에 있는 섬이다. 일찌기 영국이 식민지로 삼아 조지타운이라는 도시를 만들었는데, 독립후에도 휴양적지로서의 조건이 맞아서 국제적인 관광명소가 되고 있다.
Penang was located at entrance of Malacca Strait which was an important area of maritime transportation.
From early days, England occupied Penang as a colony and built a town called George Town.
After liberation, Penang became a world-famous tourist attraction because the area was very suitable for resort town.

I found a roof with solar panels. This region is low in latitude, and the energy efficiency must be very good.

마지막 날인 30일에
북서쪽 해변시가지까지 14km를 걸었다.
On 30th day, the last day of rest, we walked 14 km up to the seaside street in the north-west side.
아침에 만난 여자분은 우리를 유심히 보면서 정지상태에서 서행하다가 앞차를 살짝 들이받았다.
놀라는 사이 앞차는 별 신경쓰지 않고 떠났고, 이 분은 내려서 함께 한 컷.
알고 보니 일본계 주민이다.
We met this woman in the morning. She was staring at us while she slowed down her car.
Her car made a light collision with the front car. She was surprised with the collision.
But the driver of the front car just drove away without paying attention to the collision.
Later, we found out that she was a Japanese Malaisian.
녹색이 풍부한 시가지다.
The street was green with trees.
산책나온 노인분들이 관심을 보여 주었다.
Several old men showed interest to our pilgrimage.

We found a Korean restaurant.
하라상과 함께 만난 주민
Mr. Hara became friend with this resident of Penang.
잔잔한 바다가 아주 좋다.
The calm sea was very good.
해변을 내려다 보니 커플이 포즈를 잡고 있다.
