오늘은 원래 휴식일로 계획되었으나 일정이 지체되어 계속 걷게 되었다.
Bahraichi에서 사흘 예약으로 잡은 호텔에서 밤사이에 물이 나오지 않았다. 2천루피(약3만4천원)이면 꽤 비싼 호텔인데도 이런 상황이 벌어지는가 보다.
According to my original plan, I was supposed to rest today.
But I walked today because of delayed shedule.
Tap water was not supplied at the hotel in Bahraichi where I planned to stay for 3 days.
The expense of one-day stay was 2000 rupee (34,000 won), which was relatively expensive.
별수 없이 이틀치를 환불받아 아침부터 5키로 떨어진 다른 호텔로 짐을 옮기고 어제 마침한 Gilaula로 버스로 되돌아 가서 출발한 시간이 10시반. 호텔까지 25km를 걸어가야 한다.
I had to ask refund for 2 days, and found another hotel which was located 5 km apart.
After moving the baggage to new hotel I returned to Gilaula, the last point of yesterday's pilgrimage.
I started to walk at 10:30 forenoon.
I have to walk 25 km today.

빨간 옷을 입은 청년이 갑자기 차를 세우더니 필자에게 다가왔다.
자신을 사이버네틱 엔지니어라고 소개하면서 한국을 잘 아는듯 여러가지를 묻는다.
생명로드의 지도를 보더니 연신 감탄한다.
A youth with red cloth stopped his car and approached me.
He introduced himself as a cybernetic engineer, and asked me several question about Korea.
He saw the Silk Road map and he was struck with wonder.
점심을 먹은 식당.
노천에 있는 가게이지만 번듯한 편이다.
I had lunch at this restaurant.
It was vendor-type, but it was good enough.
식사도중 가게에 온 사람들이 호기심이 생겼다. 함께 셀카.
While I take lunch, people in the restaurant showed curiosity.
I took selfie with them.
소와 돼지를 먹지 않은 인도에서 양은 닭과 함께 육식으로 허용되므로 농가의 소득원이다.
In India, they do not eat cattle and pig.
They eat sheep and chicken which make important source of income.
인도는 석류가 싸고 좋다. 걸어가다가 생과일주스를 자주 마신다.
In India, pomegranates are very good and cheap.
I drink pomegranate juice frequently on the way.
어느 동네를 지나는데 이미 필자가 지나가는 소식을 알고 있는듯한 사람들이 기다렸다가 필자에게 말을 붙이고 얘기를 나누었다.
지구촌이 좁아지고 있다.
When I was passing by a village, people was waiting for me.
They heard about my pilgrimage in advance, and talked with me.
I realized that the earth-village is not just a word, but real.

오늘은 어두워져서야 목적지인 호텔에 도착했다.
아침에 이동하느라 걸은 거리까지 포함하면 27km. 고단한 하루였다.
I arrived at the hotel, today's destination, after dark.
Today I walked 27 km including the distance of changing hotel. It was a hard day.
