오늘은 강을 건너는 날이다.
Today I am supposed to cross the river.
어제 마침한 곳에서 다시 걷는다.
I started to walk at the point where I stopped yesterday.
자동차를 탄 일가족이 다가와서 설명해주었더니
A family riding a car approached to me, and I explained about New Silk Road.
함께 내려서 기념사진을 찍었다.
They got off the car. I took a picture with them.
어느 작은 학교앞을 지나는데 어느 선생님이 필자의 모습을 보고는 뛰쳐나왔다.
아이들도 몰려왔다.
When I passed by a small school, one teacher saw me and ran to me.
Students flocked around me.
어느 동네를 지나다가 필자를 기다렸던지 마을사람들이 몰려와서 아예 지도를 펼쳐놓고 설명했다.
When I went in a village, the villagers who had waited for me came to me.
I spread the map, and explained about New Silk Road.
아이들은 따로 찍었다.
I took a pickture with children.
헤어지면서~
Then I had to depart.
멀리 Ghaghara River 강둑이 보인다.
I could see the bank of Ghaghara River far away.
교량길이만 3km가 넘는다.
The length of the bridge was over 3 km.
다리를 건너고 나니 마을어귀에 아담한 힌두교 성소가 보인다.
After I crossed the bridge, I arrived at a Hindu sanctuary located at the entrance of a village.
여러 힌두신들이 예쁘게 모셔져 있다.
Several Hindu god and goddess were served at the sanctuary.
말린 소똥은 귀중한 연료이자 재산이다.
함부로 손대지 못하도록 가시덤불로 씌워 놓았다.
Drided dung of cattle was regarded as valuable fuel and property.
In order to protect the dung, they covered the dung by thorny thicket.
사탕수수를 수확하여 차량에 옮겨싣고 있다.
Farmers reaped the sugar cane and load the cane on the truck.
사탕수수로부터 설탕즙원액을 짜내는 공장을 발견하고는 자청해서 견학을 했다.
I found a factory where they extract undiluted solution of sugar from the sugar cane.
I went close and observed the process volunatarily
불순물을 걸러내는 공정이다.
이 과정을 거쳐 순수한 흑설탕이 나온다.
Through this process, the impurities are filtered.
Pure black sugar is produced by this process.
오늘의 종착지는 Reusa.
20km를 걸었다.
Today's destination is Reusa. I walked 20 km today.

I took a picture with people in the market place of today's destination.
오늘은 필자의 짐을, 천축선원에 있는 Vardan Shakya 씨가 Sitapur의 호텔까지 옮겨주었다.
