Round-about was built at every road junction.
When the traffic is light, round-about system is safe even without traffic-light.

19. 정부기관이 있는 쪽으로 걸어가다가 경찰의 제지를 받고 더이상 가지 못했다.
교통편을 이용하면 들어갈 수는 있지만 건축물뿐이어서 호수쪽으로 방향을 바꾸었다.

I was walking toward the Government Complex. But I could not continue because of police check.
I could go in by transportation. But I changed my course toward lake.

I arrived at a lake which was an amusement park.

I could see silhouette of Himalaya mountains far away.
I have waited for this scene for a long time.

I could see a house with solar panel.
30. 다만 인구밀도가 지나치게 낮아서 도시의 활력이 약한 것은 문제가 있어 보인다.
The problem of Chandigarh seems to be low population density which makes the city inactive.
