2. 출발지에 도착해서 걷기 시작한 후 만난 차량위의 사람들. 일터인 농장으로 이동중인듯 하다.
Soon after I walked from the starting point, I met these people in truck. They seem to move to farm for work.
3. 이제 도로에서 필자를 알아보는 버스기사가 많다. 버스가 서더니 기사가 사진을 찍으라는 제스추어까지 한다.
Now many bus drivers recognize me. A bus stopped and the driver gestured me to take a picture.

The hair style of these boys is dandy.

Today's road is also beautiful.

This road leads to testing lab of agricultural college.

I met Hindu family waiting for the bus at roadside.

This is a poor village. Even the poor village in Punjab region seems to be formal.

I could see the field far away thanks to good weather.

이 아름다운 여인들이 차를 세워놓고 필자를 기다렸다. 그동안 소문이 난 것인지 걸어가는 자가 코리언인 것까지 알고서 기다린듯 하다. 맨오른쪽 분이 운전자이자 리더다. 영어도 아주 유창해서 오히려 필자가 당황했다.

These beautiful women stopped car and waited for me. The hearsay was spread already.
They knew the walking pilgrim is a Korean. The woman in far right is the leader and driver.
Her fluent English embarrassed me.
32. 팜플렛의 내용까지 순식간에 소화하더니 순례에 대해 상세히 묻는다.
She understood the content of the pamphlet immediately, and asked questions in detail.
33. 뜻하지 아니한 즐거움이다. 이분들중에는 힌두교쪽 여인도 있다. 이 지역은 여성의 사회적 지위가 높은 듯하다.
이들은 필자에게 성공적인 순례가 되기를 바란다는 뜻으로 손을 모은다. 필자도 감사의 합장을 했다.
It was an unexpected pleasure. One of them was a Hindu woman. I think the status of women in this region is high.
They joined hands and wished my successful pilgrimage. I joined my hands to express my thanks.

37. 오늘의 도착지인 Hoshiapur 경계에 들어섰다.
I entered the boundary of Hoshiapur which was today's destination.

The picture of Buddha was hung on the wall of hotel lobby.
39. 로비에 있는 신문에 보니 한국이 방위비를 증액한것도 기사에 났다. 요즘 한국에 대한 관심들이 크다.
I found a newspaper in the lobby.
The article reported that S. Korea increased the defense cost regarding U.S. army in Korea.
Indian people show much interest about Korean issues.
40. 드디어 마지막 코스다.
하루 쉰 후 히말라야산맥쪽으로 방향을 틀어 일주일동안 Dharamshala로 올라간다. 거리는 112km 해발1457m의 고지다. 지도중간에 있는 호수가 멋있어 보인다. 그쯤에서 하루 쉬면서 둘러봐야겠다.
At last I reached the last section. I will take one day's rest.
Then I will change direction, and go up to Dharamshala for one week.
The distance is 112 km. The altitude is 1457 meters. I took a close look at the map.
The I found a lake in the middle of the selected course. The lake may be beautiful.
I am going to have one day off at lakeside, and look around the lake.
