Erzurum 에서 Erzincan으로 이동해서 하루를 보낸 후 다시 Kayseri로 이동하는 기록이다.
We moved from Erzurum to Erzincan and stayed one day. Then we moved to Kayseri.
1. 친절했던 호텔을 떠나면서
1. We left the hotel. The workers of the hotel were very kind.
2. 터키의 분위기를 풍기는 모스크와 마차.

이 지도의 북측에 트라브존이라는 유명한 교역도시가 보인다.
유선생은 이곳출신의 동료를 거론하면서, 그가 체르노빌 방사능으로 흑해가 오염이 되면서 온가족이 암에 걸려서 고생을 했다는 이야기를 들었다고 한다. 실감나는 이야기다.
13. The travel time by train is about 4 hours.
Trabzon which is a famous trade center, is located at northern side of this map.
Ms. You talked about a colleague who was from Trabzon.
He and his family have undergone hardships because of cancer which is suspected to originate from radioactive contamination of Black Sea. Chernobyl nuclear accident contaminated Black Sea. It was a real-life story.

에르진잔은 이 광역지방의 중심행정도시로서 인구 10만이다.
18. The distance to our shelter was 2.4 km. I decided to walk and pull the baggage.
Erzincan was the administration capital of Erzincan local state. The population was bout 100,000 people.

23. 다음날 아침 식사는 터키 전통식으로 푸짐하게 먹었다. 치즈의 종류가 다양하고 요구르트의 맛이 그만이었다.

There were various kinds of cheese and yogurt was good in taste.

26. 식당 주인이 우리에게 후식으로 제공해준 전통식 터키와 커피세트.
볶은 원두를 끓여서 우려낸 커피맛이 그만이다. 찌꺼기를 함께 담아주는 취향이 있다.
그리고 입안에 남는 쓴맛을 달래주는 반투명한 젤리과자과 약간의 레몬쥬스가 곁들여진다. 그런데 주인은 커피값을 받지 않았다.
26. The owner of the restaurant served us Turkish coffee on traditional tableware.
Roasted ground coffee was brewed and the taste was superb.
At bottom of the cup leftovers remain, which is a Turkish style.
The jelly cookie which neutralize the bitter taste in the mouth was semi-transparent.
A small cup of lemon juice comes together. Surprisingly the owner served us the coffee free.

32. While I was walking in the street, these ladies told me "An Nyong Ha Se Yo" in Korean.
33. 그저께부터 치통이 와서 치과의원을 찾았다. 의사선생님은 X-ray를 찍더니 필자에게 지금부터 5일 동안 약을 먹은 후에 어느 치과엔가 가서 아픈 이빨을 뽑을 것을 권유한다. 그러면서 치료비도 받지 않는다. 친절하기 그지 없는 치과의사 부부와 셀피. 부인은 영어교사를 하고 있다. 병원에 와서 행복해지기는 처음인 것 같다.
33. From the day before yesterday, I had a toothache. I went to the dentist nearby.
The doctor tried X-ray, and prescribed medicines.
He recommended me to go to a dentist somewhere after 5 days, and pull out a tooth.
Surprisingly, he did not receive money. I took a selfie with the kind doctor and his wife who was a English teacher.
This is the first time in my life that I felt happy at the hospital.

37. 다시 기차역으로 이동해야 한다. 버스를 기다리는 동안 폰 서핑에 여념이 없는 유선생 모녀.
바야흐로 포노사피엔스(Phono Sapiens)시대다.
37. We have to move again to train station.
While we were waiting for the bus, Ms. You and her daughter are indulged in phone surfing.
Now, it is the era of Phono Sapiens.

47. In the train, we met again the lady whom we met in Erzincan.
48. 인도네시아 출신으로서 터키에 유학중인데 터키어 뿐 아니라 영어도 능숙하다. 지금은 심리학을 공부하고 있지만 모국에서는 필자와 같은 도시계획을 공부했다고 한다. 요즘 한국드라마 도깨비를 보면서 한국어도 공부하고 있다고 한다.
이름은 Hilwa. 한글로 자신의 이름도 쓴다. '힐와'. 젊지만 국제적인 인재다.
48. The lady is from Indonesia. She is studying at Turkey now.
She was fluent in Turkish and English. She studied urban planning while she was in Indonesia.
These days she is studying Korean while she watches Korean drama 'Do Kkaebi' (goblin).
Her name is Hilwa. She wrote her name in Korean '힐와'.
Though she was young, she must be an international talent.
