3. Gevgelija 시내중심 교차로에서 아침 8시반에 출발
3. I started at 8:30 early in the morning from the central intersection of Gevgelija.
4. 쌀쌀하고 쾌청한 날씨다. 체감기온으로는 영상을 겨우 넘은 듯하다.
4. The weather was chilly and clear. The effective temperature seemed to be just over 0 degree.
5. 그리스보다 북쪽이라서 그런지 더 추운 것 같다. 시가지 너머로 멀리 눈덮힌 산들이 보인다.

21. 원전맹신론자들의 심리상태에 대해서다. 보고 싶은 것만 보고, 믿고 싶은 것만 믿는다는 심리다. 전문용어로 '확증편향'이라고 한다. 일테면 '원전의 안전을 믿씁니다'는 식으로 표현한, 어느 추락한 정치인처럼. 그들의 눈에는 체르노빌과 후쿠시마의 참사가 보이지 않는다. 그동안 이런 문제를 가진 사람들이 의사결정을 하는 지위에 있어 온 것이 큰 문제가 아니었던가. 한국의 조선일보 같은 언론이나 일본의 아베도 그런 자가 아닌가. 트럼프도 의심스럽고. 지구촌에는 이런 권력층들이 지천으로 깔려있다. 마치 미국 총기난사처럼 철부지에게 흉기를 맡겨놓은듯한 느낌이다. 지구촌의 위기의 본질은 이런 문제를 제대로 다스리지 못하는 인류의 실력의 문제가 아닌가. 근 백년동안, 위험에 빠뜨릴 도구와 시스템은 점점 맹위를 떨쳐가고 있는데도 불구하고.
21. We were talking about the psychology of those who believe in nuclear power plant. They see what they want to see, and believe what they want to believe. This kind of psychological belief is called confirmation bias. I could find confirmation bias from a failed politician who said "I believe and believe in safety of nuclear power plants." It has been a big problem that these people played an important role in the decision-making process in Korea. The Chosunilbo in Korea and Abe in Japan belong to this kind of blind believer. President Trump of America seems to be suspicious. There are many blind believers who have power in the Earth village. I feel like parent who gave gun to their indiscrete children. The basic problem of Earth village lies in the fact that the level of the humans is not high enough to control this kind of blind believers. Almost for 100 years, such a dangerous system is gaining power year by year.

22. I am enjoining wonderful landscape. I am touring at the speed of 4 km per hour. I am walking in the headwinds.
23. 점심무렵 어느 마을에 도착했다. 역사적으로 존경할만한 위인 두분의 흉상을 모셔놓았다.
그런데 빈자리의 좌대도 둘 있다. 의미심장하다. 무언의 메세지가 강렬하다.
23. Around lunch time, I reached a village. There were two busts of respectable figures. Interestingly, there were two empty pedestals. It gave me a deep meaning. Untold message was so strong.

38. 어느 집 마당에 감이 잘 익었다. 그냥 놔두고 있으니 새들의 먹이가 되고 있다. 인심이 넉넉하다.
38. The persimmons are ripe at a farm house. They did not harvest the persimmon, and it becomes food for birds. I could feel humaneness.
39. 마을 한 가운데의 광장. 3시반에 도착했는데도 숙소가 있는 Gevgelija로 돌아가는 버스가 끊겼다. 다행히 택시값은 비싸지 않다. 500데나리. 우리돈으로 1만원쯤 된다.
39. I reached central square of the village. It was 3:30, but there was no bus service going back to Gevgelija. The price of taxi service was not that expensive. 500 denari is 10,000 won in Korean currency.
