오늘도 날씨가 도와주고 있다.
33도로 무덥기는 하지만 짙은 구름이 해를 가렸다.
The weather was cooperative today.
The temperature was 33 degrees. But the clouds covered the sun.

I felt strongly a drink, but I gave up drinking 10 months ago for the pilgrimage.
길가 점포에 있는 이런 청년들이 호기심에 필자에게 물어보다가
얘기를 듣고는 먹을 것을 잔뜩 준다. 물론 짧은 영어와 구글 통역기가 한몫 한다.

Vietnamese youths showed curiosity and asked me questions.
He bought me much to eat after my explanation of silk road pilgrimage.
My English was poor but I could explain in English with the help of Google translator.
필자가 손을 흔들어주니 반응해서 손을 흔드는 아이들
I waved to the kids, and they waved to me.
점심 쌀국수를 먹고 있자니 두어시간 소낙비가 쏟아진다.
While I was eating rice noodle for lunch, shower continued almost two hours.

컨디션이 약간 돌아온 연경환씨가 오늘 오후에 함께 걸었다.
Mr. Yeon recovered his energy and walked together in the afternoon.

마침 아가씨 둘이 타고 오면서 마주 손을 흔든다.
호응이다.
아마도 짧은 시간에 이처럼 많은 사람으로부터 환영받는 체험은 드물었을 것이다.
This picture shows something special.
Mr. Yeon waved to the motorcyclists, and two girls waved in response.
The pilgrims receive warm welcome from the people very quickly.
I think this kind of quick response and communation is very rare.

When I asked for a picture of the welcoming family, they waved again.
The kids waved too.
1번국도 가까이 있는 아름다운 산
A beautiful mountain near the national road no. 1.
기암괴석이라는 표현이 어울린다.
The rocks were very strange and beautiful.
또한번 재미있는 일이 생겼다.
길을 건너는 여학생들에게 영문리플렛을 나뉘주었더니 곧바로 이해하고 필자와 어울렸다.
Another interesting event took place.
When I handed out an English leaflet to the school girls,
they read and understood the pilgrimage immediately.
I took a picture with the girls.
함께 사진도 한 컷 . 여학생의 표정이 해맑다.
The facial expression of the school girl was very pure.
저녁에 맛있는 오리쌈밥을 먹었다.
We ate delicious duck & vegetables for supper.
그러던 중에 리플렛을 본 청년이 필자에게 싸인을 청하고
간식용 누룽지를 선물한다. 함께 사진도 한 컷.
While we eat, we found a young man and gave him the leaflet.
He asked me for a signature.
He gave me the crust of overcooked rice for a snack.
I took a picture with him.

We arrived at Hyundai car factory very late at night.
