● 계약기간(Term)
계약기간은 일반적으로는 제한하지 않고 있으나, 국가의 법제에 따라서는 일정한 기간이상 또는 일정한 기간 이내로 제한하는 경우가 있는 바, 당사자의 합의에 의해 그 기간의 규정을 둘 수도 있다.

제○조 계약기간
본 계약의 유효기간은 본 계약 체결 후 3년간으로 한다. 본 계약의 한쪽 당사자가 당초의 기간 또는 갱신된 기간이 만료되기 3개월 이전에 다른 쪽 당사자에 대해 본 계약을 해제하는 취지를 통지하지 않은 경우에는 본 계약은 자동적으로 1년간 갱신된다.

The effective term of this Agreement shall be three(3) years after the execution hereof. This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional period of one(1) year, unless either party hereto gives a notice to terminate this Agreement to the other party three (3) months prior to the expiration of the initial term or any subsequent term.

제○조 계약기간
본 계약은 대한민국 정부의 인가일로부터 발효하고, 계약기간은 5년간으로 한다. 계약기간의 종료시에는 판매인이 바이어에 대해 12개월이전에 서면으로 통지를 하므로서 다시 5년간 계약기간을 연장할 수 있다.
Article__. Period of Agreement (Duration)
This Agreement comes into force on the date on which it is formally approved by the Korean Government and continues for five (5) years. On the expiry of the period the Seller may continue this Agreement for further five (5) years by twelve months' prior written notice to the Buyer.
● 재판관할 (Jurisdiction)
계약에 관해 분쟁이 발생한 경우 그것을 해결하는 방법으로는 우선 교섭이 있다. 그러나 교섭으로 해결할 수 없는 경우 강제적인 해결방법으로서 재판 또는 중재가 있다. 재판에 의할 경우 어느 나라 법원이 관할할 것인가를 규정하고 있다.

본 계약의 당사자는 본 계약에서 발생하는 어떠한 분쟁에 대해서도 대한민국 서울 지방법원의 전속관할에 따른다.

The parties hereto shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul District Court of Korea with respect to any dispute arising from this Agreement.
