Moved by the Holy Ghost. When we are moved by the Word, we are in the Word, when we are moved by the Holy Ghost, we are in Holy Ghost, and when we are members of the Church, we are in the Church.
As such, since the Word is the Bible written by those moved by the Holy Ghost, interpretation of the Bible is also possible only with one is moved by the Holy Ghost.
Therefore, even those who wrote the Bible cannot interpret it arbitrarily, but it can be interpreted when moved by Holy Ghost.
Even more so in the case of us who read the Bible like this. We must be able to interpret the Word with the inspiration of the Holy Ghost.
The two pillars of faith are the Bible and the Holy Ghost. You need to read the Bible to be moved by the Holy Ghost, and you need to be moved by the Holy Ghost to understand the Bible. Without these two, faith is easily broken. So, you should read the Bible a lot and pray a lot.
