Jesus saw the works that God does, and the Son, Jesus, does those works. Therefore, the words and works of Jesus are the words and works of God the Father. In other words, Jesus and the Father are one in heart.
Believing in Jesus is believing in God the Father. "The one who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life." Those who hear Jesus' words and believe in Him receive eternal life.
Faith in God as our Father is eternal life. Originally, we were destined for death because of sin, but by hearing Jesus' words, believing in Him, and believing in the Father who sent Him, we receive eternal life.
Those who die without believing in Jesus will face the resurrection of judgment and eternal condemnation. Let us hope to live as God's children, escape judgment, and receive eternal life.
