It must answer:

○ How does this flow transform the practitioner’s life?
○ An international seminar must clarify and guide these truths.
⚔️ Core Purpose of an International Seminar
The purpose of an international seminar is to deepen and expand Basics.
> It awakens the basics anew
and reveals the true meaning of movement through flow.
It focuses not on technique alone,
but on the principles and direction behind it.
In contrast, regular dojang training
prioritizes skill development and physical conditioning
within familiar daily programs—
a necessary accumulation of basics.

Seminars led by the Founder are held almost every month worldwide,
yet the center remains unchanged:

In recent years, unauthorized martial arts seminars have been conducted both domestically and internationally, often driven by personal financial gain rather than by the true purpose of our art.
Such actions distort the essence of martial arts practice, misguide the public, and damage the credibility of legitimate organizations.
Therefore, the United World Haedong Kumdo Federation hereby declares the following principles and standards to ensure quality and authenticity in official international seminars.
1️⃣ Essence of Official International Seminars
An international seminar must not become a commercial activity or mere promotion for a dojang.
It must be grounded in:
○Rediscovery and reinforcement of Basics
○Clear purpose and philosophy guiding training
○Integrated understanding of Technique, Philosophy, and Healing
○Awareness and transmission of Energy Flow
○These constitute the essence and responsibility of true leadership.
2️⃣ Minimum Qualifications of an International Instructor
Rank or years of experience alone are insufficient to lead an international seminar.
An instructor must:
○ Explain principles based on human movement and biomechanics
○ Reveal the laws of nature embodied in each motion
○ Guide practice toward life, balance, and healing
○ Understand and transmit Energy Flow
Seminars that fail to meet these standards shall not be recognized as official by the Federation.
3️⃣ Leadership Philosophy in Jinyoung Ssangkum Ryu Haedong Kumdo
International seminars led by our Founder occur almost monthly across the world.
Yet the foundation of every seminar remains:
> Basics
Additionally, all instructors of 5th dan and above wear white uniforms, symbolizing:
> Always return to the beginning.
Learn anew with humility and responsibility.
The uniform for 1st dan is green, representing:
> “New life, new growth, and the beginning of the path.”
Uniform colors are symbols of cultivation, not lines of hierarchy or pride.
4️⃣ Advisory to Practitioners and Organizations
Publicity today is easy for anyone.
However, the substance must be examined with care.
We strongly advise verifying:
○The instructor’s official recognition
○Their philosophy, perspectives, and capability
○Alignment with the Federation’s standards
○The future of each practitioner depends on this choice.

posee un propósito y una responsabilidad totalmente distintos.

El seminario internacional debe aclarar y guiar estas verdades.

En los últimos años, se han llevado a cabo seminarios de artes marciales tanto a nivel nacional como internacional con motivaciones centradas en el beneficio económico personal en lugar del verdadero propósito del arte marcial.
Tales acciones distorsionan la esencia del entrenamiento, confunden al público y afectan seriamente la credibilidad de las organizaciones legítimas.
Por ello, la Federación Mundial de Haedong Kumdo declara los siguientes principios y estándares para garantizar la calidad y autenticidad de los seminarios internacionales oficiales.
1️⃣ Esencia de los Seminarios Internacionales Oficiales
Un seminario internacional no debe convertirse en una actividad comercial ni en una simple promoción de un dojang.
Debe basarse en:
Redescubrimiento y fortalecimiento de los Fundamentos
Orientación clara del propósito y la filosofía
Comprensión integrada de Técnica, Filosofía y Sanación
Consciencia y transmisión del Flujo de Energía
Estas son responsabilidades fundamentales del verdadero liderazgo.
2️⃣ Calificaciones Mínimas del Instructor Internacional
Los años de experiencia o un grado elevado por sí solos
no son suficientes para dirigir un seminario internacional.
El instructor debe:
Explicar principios basados en el movimiento humano
Revelar las leyes naturales dentro de cada técnica
Guiar el entrenamiento hacia vida, equilibrio y sanación
Comprender y transmitir el Flujo de Energía
Los seminarios que no cumplan con estos estándares
no serán reconocidos oficialmente por la Federación.
3️⃣ Filosofía de Liderazgo en JSKRHK
Los seminarios internacionales dirigidos por nuestro Fundador
se realizan casi mensualmente en todo el mundo.
Pero la base de cada seminario es siempre:

Además, todos los instructores de 5º dan o superior
usan dobok blanco, simbolizando:
> “Siempre volver al inicio.
Aprender siempre con humildad y responsabilidad.”
El color del dobok de 1º dan es verde, simbolizando:
> “Nueva vida, nuevo crecimiento, inicio del camino.”
Los colores del uniforme representan
un camino de cultivo, no jerarquía ni presunción.

Hoy en día, la publicidad es accesible para todos.
Sin embargo, la esencia debe ser examinada con prudencia.
Se recomienda verificar:
El reconocimiento oficial del instructor

La alineación con los estándares de la Federación
El futuro del practicante depende de una decisión correcta.

그와는 전혀 다른 목적과 책임을 지닌 무대이다.

○그 흐름이 수련자의 삶을 어떻게 바꾸는지
○이를 명확히 제시하고 이끌어내는 자리가 바로 국제 세미나이다.

최근 국내외에서 무분별한 무술 세미나 개최와 그에 따른 개인적 이익 추구 사례가 종종 나타나고 있다. 이러한 행위는 수련의 본질을 흐리고, 수련생과 대중에게 잘못된 인식을 심어주며, 조직의 신뢰를 크게 훼손할 수 있다.
이에 본 연합회는 다음과 같이
국제 세미나의 본질과 지도자의 자격 기준을 명확히 밝힌다.
1️⃣ 국제 세미나의 본질
국제 세미나는 단순한 기술 교육이나
도장 운영을 위한 상업 활동이 아니다.
○기본(基本)의 재정립
○수련 방향성의 제시
○철학·술기·힐링의 통합
○Energy Flow(기의 흐름)의 체득
이 네 가지가 분명해야 한다.
그것이 지도자의 책임이며 세미나의 존재 이유이다.
2️⃣ 지도자의 최소 자격
○수련 경력이나 단수만으로는
국제 세미나를 지도할 자격이 충분하지 않다.
○기본을 몸의 원리로 설명할 수 있어야 한다.
○움직임 속에서 이치를 드러낼 수 있어야 한다.
○생명의 흐름을 살리는 의술적 관점을 제시할 수 있어야 한다.
○무엇보다 Energy Flow를 이해하고 전할 수 있어야 한다.
이 기준에 미달하는 지도자의 세미나는
공식 인정 대상이 될 수 없다.
3️⃣ JSKRHK의 지도자 철학
본 연맹의 해외 세미나는
거의 매달 전 세계에서 진행되지만,
그 중심은 언제나 기본이다.
또한, 5단 이상 지도자는 모두
흰색 도복만을 착용한다.
이는 지도자의 시작이 다시 기본임을 의미하며, 겸손과 책임을 잊지 않는다는 상징이다.
반대로 1단은 녹색으로,
새로운 생명과 성장의 출발을 나타낸다.
색깔은 서열이 아닌 수행의 길이다.
4️⃣ 수련생과 단체를 위한 권고
오늘날 광고와 홍보는 누구나 가능하다.
그러나 무엇을 가르치는지는 항상 검증되어야 한다.
