2021년 5월 10일 (월) 부터 기념일(생일, 데뷔일) 선물 및 팬레터를 제외한 모든 선물 서포트는 진행하지 않습니다.
이에 따라 2021년 5월 7일 (금) 오후 7시(KST)까지 판타지오뮤직 본사로 도착한 선물 서포트에 한해 아티스트에게 전달될 예정이며,
이후 보내주시는 팬레터를 제외한 모든 선물 서포트는 일괄 반송 혹은 무통보 폐기 처리되므로 이 점 참고 부탁드립니다.
이후 아스트로 선물 서포트 및 팬레터 관련 안내드립니다.

▶ 팬레터 발송 주소지 안내

▶ 선물 서포트 신청 기간
기념일 기준 2주 전부터 3일 전 오후 1시까지
ex) 아스트로 데뷔 기념일 서포트 신청 일정 : 2월 9일 00시부터 2월 20일 오후 1시까지
▶ 선물 서포트 신청 양식
아래 양식에 맞춰 작성한 후 fantagiofanclub@daum.net 으로 메일 발송

▶ 선물 서포트 안내 사항
- 사전에 협의된 기념일 (생일, 데뷔일) 선물을 제외한 모든 선물 서포트는 수령하지 않으니 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
(발렌타인데이, 화이트데이 등은 기념일 서포트 일정에 포함되지 않습니다.)
- 선물 서포트 신청은 메일로만 접수되며, 담당자와 사전 논의되지 않은 선물 서포트 발송 시 일괄 반송 혹은 무통보 폐기 처리됩니다.
- 선물 서포트 신청은 기념일 기준 2주 전 00시부터 3일 전 오후 1시까지 완료해주시기 바라며, 당일 신청은 받지 않습니다.
- 선물 서포트 신청 양식에 어긋나는 경우, 확인이 어려울 수 있으므로 양식에 맞춰 메일 발송 부탁드립니다.
- 선물 서포트 물품 수령 시 사전 신청된 물품과 상이할 경우 일괄 반송 혹은 무통보 폐기 처리될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 불이익은 책임지지 않습니다.
- 선물 서포트 물품의 경우 일정 조율 후 우편, 택배, 퀵 배송으로만 전달 가능하며, 직접 방문을 통한 전달은 불가합니다.
- 협의 후 발송된 선물 서포트 물품이 아닌 편지에 개인 선물을 동봉하거나 선물을 발송하시는 경우 해당 선물은 일괄 반송 혹은 무통보 폐기 처리됩니다.
- 착불 발송 및 EMS 세관 비용 발생 시 일괄 반송 혹은 무통보 폐기 처리됩니다.
- 현금화 및 변질의 우려가 있는 물품(유통기간이 짧은 음식류, 약품류 등) 등은 선물 서포트 진행이 불가할 수 있으므로 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 팬클럽 담당자가 아닌 기타 경로 (매니지먼트, 회사 관계자, 방송국 관계자 등)를 통한 선물 서포트는 전달 불가합니다.
- 모든 선물 서포트 진행 시 팬클럽 담당자 혹은 회사 관계자를 통한 인증 및 사인 등을 요구할 수 없습니다.
- 위의 안내 사항이 지켜지지 않을 경우 이후 해당 팀의 선물 서포트는 신청/접수되지 않습니다.
- 2020년 12월 15일 이후부터 코로나19 방역 지침에 따라 식음료 관련 서포트가 잠시 중단됩니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Thank you AROHAs for preparing sincere gifts for ASTRO,
but starting from 2021 May 10th (Mon) KST, we are only accepting gift supports for anniversaries (birthday, debut anniversary) and fan letters.
As a result, only gift supports arriving until 2021 May 7th (Fri) 7PM (KST) will be delivered to the artist,
and please note that every gift support arriving later except fan letters will be returned or discarded without notice.

From 2 weeks before the anniversary day to 3 days 1PM (KST) before the anniversary

▶ Gift Support Notification
- Anniversary gifts (birthday, debut anniversary) that are discussed in advance will be received only. Please understand.
(Anniversary dates such as Valentine ’s Day and White Day is not included in the support schedule.)
- Gift support application is only possible via mail, and gift support not discussed with the fan club manager will be returned or discarded without notice.
- Please finish filling out the application form of gift support starting from 2 weeks before the anniversary to 3 days 1PM (KST) before the anniversary. We do not accept application of the very day.
- Verification could be impossible if the gift support application form is wrong, so please send us the mail following the application form.
- Gift support different from the gift applied beforehand can be returned or discarded without notice, and the fan club manager is not responsible for any disadvantages.
- Gift support delivery is only possible via post office, delivery service, or dispatch ride after adjusting the schedule, and delivering hand in hand by the sender is prohibited.
- If there is gifts of letters attached to a certain member on the gift support will be returned or discarded without notice. Only gift supports that are discussed with the fan club manager is accepted.
- C.O.D delivery and EMS custom cost payment by the receiver will be returned or discarded without notice.
- Gifts that can be monetized or gifts that could be corrupted (foods with short expiration date, medicine, etc) cannot be accepted as gift support. Please understand.
- Gift support delivered via any other course than fan club manager (management, employee of the company, employee of broadcasting station) is not allowed.
- Demand of verification or sign through fan club manager or employee of the company is prohibited during gift support.
- No gift support of the certain team can be applied if any of these details are not observed.
- Support regarding food or drinks are prohibited since December 15th 2020 following the Covid 19 guideline. Please understand.

▶ プレゼントサポート案内事項
- 事前に協議された、記念日(誕生日、デビュー日)プレゼントを除くすべてのプレゼントサポートは受け付けておりませんので、ご了承ください。
(バレンタインデー、ホワイトデー等は記念日のサポート日程に含まれません。)
- プレゼントサポートの申請は、メールでのみ受け付けられ、担当者と事前に協議されていないプレゼントサポートを発送する場合、一括返送もしくは事前の通知無しに廃棄させていただきます。
- プレゼントサポート申請は、記念日を基準に2週間前の0時から3日前の午後1時までにお願いいたします。当日のお申し込みは受け付けておりません。
- プレゼントサポートの申請フォームに反する場合は、確認ができない場合がございますので、フォームに従ってメール作成をお願いいたします。
- プレゼントサポートの受領時に、事前に申請された内容と中身が異なる場合、一括返送もしくは事前の通知無しに廃棄となることがあり、これに対する不利益についての責任は負いません。
- プレゼントサポートの場合、日程を調整した後、郵便・宅配便・バイク便でのみ配送可能とし、直接訪問による受付はできかねます。
- 協議後、発送されたプレゼントサポートではなく、手紙にメンバー個人へのプレゼントを同封したり、プレゼントを発送した場合、該当のプレゼントは一括返送または事前の通知無しに廃棄させていただきます。
- 着払い発送及びEMS税関費用が発生した場合、一括返送または事前の通知無しに廃棄させていただきます。
- 現金化及び変質の恐れがあるもの(賞味期間が短い食品類、薬品類など)はプレゼントサポートとしての受付ができない場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
- ファンクラブ担当者ではないその他の経路(マネジメント、会社関係者、放送局関係者など)によるプレゼントサポートはお受け取りできません。
- すべてのプレゼントサポートを行う際、ファンクラブ担当者や会社関係者からの認証及びサインなどを要求することはできません。
- 上記の案内事項が守られていないチームは、今後プレゼントサポートの申請・受付ができませんので、ご注意ください。
- 2020年12月15日以降、新型コロナウイルス防疫指針に従って、飲食関連のサポートがしばらく中断されますので、ご了承ください。
