子曰 爲政以德 譬如北辰 居其所 而衆星共之
자왈 위정이덕 비여북진 거기소 이중성공지
선생님께서 말씀하셨다. 정치는 덕망으로 한다라는 옛말이 있다. 이 말은 북극성이 그 위치를 조금도 바꾸지 않고 뭇 별들이 북극성을 에워싸고 회전하는 것과 같음을 비유한 것이다.
