우선 arash는 arracher 동사를 발음나는 대로 영어식으로 표기를 한 것으로 보이며, 이 동사의 기본적인 뜻은 "~을 뿌리채 뽑다, 파내다, 강탈하다, 떼어놓다, 모면하다" 등 "분리"의 의미가 담겨 있습니다. 따라서 목적보어를 사람으로 한다면 그리 좋은 의미는 아니겠죠.

Meaning of ARASH TA MERE

hi there!

I saw this phrase (ARASH TA MERE) in the must see-jewel of the crown of french cinema- film La Haine, and i cannot make any sense out of it.
Could anybody please enlightme about its meaning, procedence, whether it is rude or not and all that????
