2022년 9월 30일(금), 10월 1일(토), 10월 2일(일) KBS 아레나에서 진행되는 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> 현장에서의 공식 Merch. 상품 구매 방법을 안내드립니다.
2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.>의 공식 상품은 현장 수령과 현장 구매, 2가지 방식으로 구매 가능하며 아래에서 상세 구매 방법에 대한 안내 사항을 확인하실 수 있습니다.
1. 위버스샵 구매 후 현장 수령 안내
위버스샵 회원은 위버스샵 GLOBAL 을 통해 공식 상품을 구매한 후 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> 공연 현장에서 수령하실 수 있습니다.
판매 일시 : 2022년 9월 30일 (금요일) 16:00 ~ 재고 소진 시
2022년 10월 1일 (토요일) 14:00 ~ 재고 소진 시
2022년 10월 2일 (일요일) 13:00 ~ 재고 소진 시
현장수령 일시 : 2022년 9월 30일 (금요일) 16:00 ~ 19:00
2022년 10월 1일 (토요일) 14:00 ~ 17:00
2022년 10월 2일 (일요일) 13:00 ~ 16:00
현장수령 장소 : KBS 아레나 건너편 제 2체육관
위버스샵 구매 및 현장수령 방법
① 위버스샵 - fromis_9 (GLOBAL) - PICK UP 카테고리의 [현장수령 전용] 상품 구매
② [MY - 주문내역] 에서 QR코드 확인
③ 현장수령 장소에 도착해서, QR코드를 직원에게 제시한 후 구매 물품 수령
구매 유의사항
□ 당일 공연 티켓 소지자에 한하여 구매할 수 있습니다.
□ 위버스샵 회원은 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> 공연 현장 반경 2.5km 내에 도착, 위버스샵 GLOBAL을 통해 공식 상품을 구매한 후 현장에서 수령하실 수 있습니다.
□ 대기 고객이 많을 수 있으니, 원활한 운영을 위하여 여유있는 현장 방문을 부탁드립니다.
□ 위버스샵에서 판매되는 모든 [현장수령 전용] 상품은 당일 현장 Merch. 부스에서 판매되는 상품과 동일 합니다.
□ 모든 상품은 판매시간 종료 전 조기 품절될 수 있습니다.
□ 위버스샵에서 주문 후 발급되는 QR코드는 현장 수령 시 별도의 본인확인 절차를 거치지 않고 수령되기 때문에 타인에게 노출되지 않도록 유의 부탁드립니다.
□ 현장수령 기한 내에 수령하지 않은 주문 건은 3 영업일 내 자동 주문 취소 및 환불 처리 됩니다.
□ LOVE FROM LIGHT STICK의 경우 최대 구매 가능 수량은 1인당 1개 입니다.
□ LUCKY DRAW의 경우 최대 구매 가능 수량은 1인당 5개 입니다.
□ LOVE FROM LIGHT STICK, LUCKY DRAW를 제외 한 모든 제품들은 품목 별 1인당 3개까지 구매 가능하며, 옵션이 있는 상품은 옵션 당 3개로 제한됩니다.
(ex. S/S T-SHIRT의 경우, 사이즈 당 3개씩 총 12개까지 구매 가능)
□ 고객의 변심으로 인한 교환/환불은 불가합니다. 제품 불량의 경우 구매 당일 재고가 남아있는 현장에서 교환이 가능하므로 제품 수령 후 반드시 불량 여부를 확인 해주시기 바랍니다.
□ 불량 상품 교환 시, 위버스샵 주문내역 확인 후 교환 가능하며 상품 품절 시 에는 환불 조치 됩니다.
□ 현장에서 별도의 쇼핑백을 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

구매 유의사항
□ 당일 공연 티켓 소지자에 한하여 구매할 수 있습니다.

□ 모든 거래는 한국 원화 (KRW) 로만 가능합니다.
□ 현금 또는 카드 결제가 가능합니다.

Information on the 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> Official Merchandise Sales

We would like to inform you on how to purchase the official merchandise of the 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> at the concert venue, the KBS Arena, on Friday, September 30, Saturday, October 1, and Sunday, October 2, 2022.
The official 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> merchandise can be purchased in two ways: pre-purchasing and picking up the purchases on-site, and purchasing the products on-site. Please see below for more details on how to make your purchase.
1. Weverse Shop pre-purchase and on-site pickup
Weverse Shop account holders can purchase the official merchandise on Weverse Shop GLOBAL and pick up their purchases on the 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> site.
Sales Date: 4 PM, Friday, September 30, 2022 (KST), while stocks last
2 PM, Saturday, October 1, 2022 (KST), while stocks last
1 PM, Sunday, October 2, 2022 (KST), while stocks last
Pickup date: 4 PM to 7 PM, Friday, September 30, 2022 (KST)
2 PM to 5 PM, Saturday, October 1, 2022 (KST)
1 PM to 4 PM, Sunday, October 2, 2022 (KST)
Pickup location: Arena no. 2, across from KBS Arena
How to purchase on Weverse Shop and pick up on-site
① Weverse Shop - fromis_9 (GLOBAL) - Purchase the [On-Site Pickup Only] product from the PICK UP category.
② Check the QR code on [MY - Order History]
③ Present your QR code to the staff when at the on-site pickup area, and pick up your purchases
Important Information
□ Sales are limited to ticket holders for each concert day.
□ Weverse Shop members may purchase official Merch through Weverse Shop GLOBAL
once they arrive within 2.5km of the 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> location, then
pick up your purchased products on-site.
□ Please make your way to the pickup area with enough time to spare as there may be a long line.
□ [On-Site Pickup Only] products on sale through Weverse Shop are the same ones as the merchandise sold at the merchandise booth on the day of event.
□ All items may sell out early.
□ Please make sure to not disclose the QR code you receive after making your purchase from Weverse Shop, as you will be able to pick up your purchases without any identity verification.
□ Purchases that are not picked up during on-site pickup hours will be canceled and refunded within three business days.
□ Only one LOVE FROM LIGHT STICK can be purchased per customer.
□ A maximum of one LUCKY DRAW can be purchased per customer.
□ Except for LOVE FROM LIGHT STICK and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of three items per product can be purchased per customer and a maximum of three items per option can be purchased per customer for products with options.
(e.g., For S/S t-shirts, you can purchase up to 12 pieces – 3 pieces per size.)
□ We will be unable to grant exchange or refund for customer change of mind. Exchange due to product defects can only be done on-site at the venue. Please check your product carefully after you receive it.
□ When exchanging a product due to a defect, your Weverse Shop purchase must be verified. You will receive a full refund if the product is sold out.
□ Please note that separate shopping bags will not be provided or sold at the booth.
2. On-site purchase
You can purchase the official merchandise of the 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.> at the venue.
Sales Date: 4 PM to 7 PM, Friday, September 30, 2022 (KST)
2 PM to 5 PM, Saturday, October 1, 2022 (KST)
1 PM to 4 PM, Sunday, October 2, 2022 (KST)

Important Information
□ Sales are limited to ticket holders for each concert day.
□ All items may sell out early.
□ Only Korean won (KRW) are accepted for all transactions.
□ Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
(You may be unable to use some credit cards due to card company policies and conditions.)
□ Only one LOVE FROM LIGHT STICK can be purchased per customer.
□ A maximum of five LUCKY DRAW can be purchased per customer.
□ Except for LOVE FROM LIGHT STICK and LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of three items per product can be purchased per customer and a maximum of three items per option can be purchased per customer for products with options.
(e.g., For S/S t-shirts, you can purchase up to 12 pieces – 3 pieces per size.)

2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.>の公式グッズは、会場受取と現地購入の2つの方法によりご購入いただけます。詳しい購入方法は、以下の案内をご確認ください。
Weverse Shop購入後の会場受取に関するご案内
Weverse Shop会員は、Weverse Shop GLOBALで公式グッズを購入した後、 2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.>の公演会場で商品をお受け取りいただけます。
販売日程： 2022年9月30日(金) 16:00 ～ 品切れ時まで
2022年10月1日(土) 14:00 ～ 品切れ時まで

③ 会場受取場所に着いたら､QRコードをスタッフに提示し、購入した商品を受領
ご購入の際の注意事項
□ 当日公演のチケットをお持ちの方に限りご購入いただけます。
□ Weverse Shopの会員様は、2022 fromis_9 Concert <LOVE FROM.>公演会場の周辺
2.5㎞以内で、Weverse Shop GLOBALで公式商品をご購入後、会場でお受け取りいただけ
ます。
□ 待機時間が長くなることが予想されます。スムーズな運営のために、会場には余裕をもってお越しくださるようお願いいたします。
□ Weverse Shopで販売する[会場受取専用]のすべての商品は、当日の会場に設けられる公式グッズ商品ブースで販売する商品と同一です。
□ すべての商品は、販売時間終了前に早期品切れになることがあります。
□ 会場受取の際には、別途の本人確認手続きなしに商品をお渡しいたしますので、Weverse Shopでの注文後に発行されるQRコードが他人に公開されないよう、ご注意ください。
□ 会場受取の期限内に商品を受け取らない場合、その注文は3営業日以内に自動的に注文取消および払戻しとなります。
□ LOVE FROM LIGHT STICKは、1人1点のみご購入いただけます。
□ LUCKY DRAWの場合、1人5点までご購入いただけます。
□ LOVE FROM LIGHT STICK、LUCKY DRAWを除いたすべての商品は、品目別に1人3点までご購入いただけます。また、オプションがある商品の場合、各オプションにつき3点までご購入いただけます。
