March 1, 2003	Early Registration opens. New candidate fee: $350 (+ 2003 GARP membership dues)Returning candidate fee: $150 (+ 2003 GARP membership dues).
April 30, 2003 (23:59 EDT (NYC) time)	Early Registration Deadline. The registration fee for new candidates increases to $500 (+ 2003 GARP membership dues) and $350 for returning candidates (+ 2003 GARP membership dues) for applications and payments received after this date.
August 31, 2003 (23:59 EDT (NYC) time)	Standard Registration Deadline. All applications and payments received after this date are subject to the Late Payment Fee of $750 (+ 2002 GARP membership dues). This applies to both new and returning candidates.
October 15, 2003 (23:59 EDT (NYC) Time)	Late Registration Deadline. NO APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
October 15, 2003 (23:59 EDT (NYC) time)	Withdrawal/Cancellation Deadline. All requests for credits or refunds must be received by this date.
October 31, 2003	Examination ID/Site Confirmations sent by email
November 15, 2003	2002 FRM Examination Day
November 16, 2003	2002 FRM Examination Day Tel Aviv and New York City (Only open to candidates who cannot test on Saturday due to religious observance.)
January 15, 2004	List of Passing ID Numbers posted on web site.
February 15, 2004	Exam Results (Pass/Fail) released to FRM Candidates by email.
April 2004	FRM Certificates mailed to qualified candidates.
