Please check the following once you receive the package.

1. Number of items: 3 DVDs in a package, a photobook, and 4 postcards

2. Possible scratches on DVDs and if you can play them

3. Any damage to the photobook

Please contact Yes24 directly using “My Page” to report any physical damages to the items with photos of the damage WITHIN the 7 days of shipping and the damaged items can be replaced. Please understand that once the initial 7 days passes, the responsibility of the damages are considered to be on the consumer.
