If there’s another large earthquake it is likely that the pool will crack and it is likely that the pool will drain and if that happens there is nothing that can be done to prevent fuel from burning.
Earthquake energy is measured in something called a gal.
The worst earthquake that can happen at Daiichi is about 600 gal.
But yet the building is only designed to withstand about 400 gal.
So the concern is that if a richter 7 were to hit the site, that would have enough energy to crack the pool in which case the fuel would catch fire and in which case we would be reliving March 11 all over again.

큰지진이오면 4호기의 폐연료봉수조는 손상되고 수조의 냉각수손실되면 핵연료가 타오르는 것을 막을 방법은 없다
후쿠1원자력발전소는 400gal의 진도까지 내진설계되있으나 600gal의 지진 발생할수있다
리히터7의 지진은 저장수조를 손상시킬 에너지 갖고 있다 핵연료 불붙을것이고 3.11은 다시 펼쳐질것.
