Splendid six bedroom home located close to everything Charlottetown has to offer. All guest welcome, from families to large groups. This charming historic home is full of character, ambiance and space. One of Charlottetown's first estates, this house has been updated with style and comfort while keeping its unique charm. The spacious 1 acre yard with its beautiful landscape offers guest a pleasant place to relax, play or use for social gatherings. The deck fits 10 people and a BBQ wonderfully. A truly enjoyable, memorable and unique way to stay on Prince Edward Island.
Built in the late 1700 the home is listed with the city of Charlottetown is a historic Heritage Home and with Canada's historic places. This six-bedroom wood-framed residence is known as the Norwood property it has so much character and an abundance of original features architectural details and beautiful woodwork throughout. This house is located minutes from the heart of downtown Charlottetown and includes 1.29 Prime Park like Acres with mature trees and a circular driveway

Great place to stay for a large group. We had water pressure issues which the owner tried to resolve with little success. He did offer to call in a plumber, but we just worked around the problem. Loved the wonderful quirky furniture. Great location....
