4뇌의 수직 통합자
하늘에서 땅으로 빛이 내려오고
땅에서 하늘로 물질이 피어오르게 하라.
그때 두뇌의 빛은 씨앗으로만 머물지 않고
가슴을 밝히고 몸을 적시며,
성의 뿌리까지 창조의 꽃을 피운다.
그리고 성뇌의 원초적 불꽃은
몸을 지나 가슴을 녹이고,
두뇌의 광명으로 타올라 우주와 만난다.
임맥을 따라 내려오는 수(水)의 고요함,
독맥을 따라 올라오는 화(火)의 열망,
그 소주천의 원을 내 몸으로 완성하라.
쿤달리니의 뱀이 나선을 그리며 오르듯
잉어가 폭포를 거슬러 용이 되듯
매 순간 스스로를 새롭게 창조하라.
사마디도 열반도 모크샤도
다른 어딘가에 있지 않다.
내 안에서 천지가 깊이 만날 때 그것이 열린다.
하강과 상승의 무한한 순환 속에서
우주 창조진화의 신성한 목적을
내 한 몸으로 살아내는 자,
위와 아래의 힘을 동시에 품은 자,
그가 바로 4뇌의 수직 통합자이다.

Vertical Integrator of the Quad Brain
Let light descend from heaven to earth
And matter blossom from earth to heaven.
Then the light of the brain will not remain only a seed,
But illuminate the heart, saturate the body,
And bloom the flowers of creation to the very roots of sexuality.
And the primal spark of the sex brain will pass through the body,
Melt the heart,
Burn with the brilliance of the brain, and meet the cosmos.
The stillness of water descending along the Ren Channel,
The passion of fire ascending along the Du Channel,
Complete the circle of that Microcosmic Orbit within your own body.
Just as the serpent of Kundalini rises in spirals,
Just as the carp becomes a dragon by swimming upstream,
Create yourself anew in every moment.
Samadhi, Nirvana, Moksha,
None of these are elsewhere.
They unfold when heaven and earth meet deeply within me.
One who lives the sacred purpose of cosmic creation and evolution
Within the infinite cycle of descent and ascent,
One who embraces the forces of above and below simultaneously,
That is the vertical integrator of the Quad Brain.
