This is the notice that you need to check after delivery.

 

Our team and the distributor are not responsible for any disadvantages arising from unfamiliarity with this notice, so please be sure to check the following information.

 

◎ No board of receipt certification

 

1. To prevent used trade fraud and copyright violations, we do not operate a separate board for product receipt. In addition, all monetary transactions between members, such as the transfer of Blu-ray and used sales, are prohibited within the cafe.

 

2. When verifying receipt on various social media and communities, please make sure that it is not for sale to prevent image abuse. We inform you that our team and distributor are not responsible for matters related to the theft of authentication photos and fraudulent used transactions that occur outside.

 

◎ Check for missing components and information on shipping damage and exchange

 

1. After receiving the product, please check for any missing components. The basic configuration is all in the outbox, and the pre-payment is included in a separate privilege box.

2. The privilege box is to protect the product, so contamination or damage of the box cannot be exchanged

 

3. Fingerprints on disks, booklets, and MD products can easily be damaged by using the product, so it is difficult to exchange them after the confirmation period (one week after receiving the product). After receiving the product, please check carefully for any external damage problems.

 

4. Demage caused by personal negligence is not eligible for exchange. If you use sharp objects such as a box cutter or scissors to remove the packing tape and packaging plastic, please take special care in handling the product so that the product is not damaged during the work process.

 

5. Due to the nature of the outbox manufacturing, there may be pressure in the joint (12 folds of the corner). Please note that simple pressing of joints other than crushing or tearing is not subject to exchange.

 

6. The outside of the component is made of matte, so hand marks, roller marks, and scratches may occur during the packaging process. This is not to be a reason for exchange (a reason for defect).

 

7. The script book, special book, and written interview book data were inserted as the original. Therefore, errors such as spaces and typos are not included in the exchange.

 

8. If you have any information on missing or damaged components, please submit it to the distributor via email below.

◎ Video confirmation and information on defective reception

 

1. Please see the entire disc video with your own eyes. Variations may occur depending on individual playback environments, so please check the playback environment before requesting confirmation.

 

2. If a part that is suspected to be defective appears during playback, be sure to rewind before inquiring about the defect and repeat the section 2~3 times. In the case of the main movie recorded in DISC 1-DISC 8, please compare it with the actual episode.

 

3. The additional video may have audio instability due to differences in audio volume, overlapping on-site sounds, and ringing depending on the shooting site environment. In addition, it may contain spots caused by foreign substances buried in the camera, differences in lighting and color sense according to the shooting site, defocusing phenomenon due to movement of actors, phenomena that leave remnants of people and backgrounds, and digital noise such as banding, interlacing, and grain phenomenon. These parts are the same as the original (master) and are not defective.

* Banding: Streaks that look like contour lines are drawn on the screen by light

* Interlacing: A phenomenon in which thin lines appear in the screen.

* Grain phenomenon: The phenomenon that the screen looks sizzling

 

4. There are some parts such as deleted scenes and NG scenes with no sound since the audio recording is stopped while filming.

 

5. In the case of the poster filming scene, music was played on the scene for the atmosphere at the time, but it was replaced with a drama OST due to the copyright. Therefore, in the case of the video, the spot sound is not heard at all.

 

6. HDCP is applied to the disk to prevent copy. In the case of an environment that does not support this function, be sure to test it. If the problem occurs, contact the monitor and TV manufacturer for support.

* HDCP: This is a content protection device that prevents illegally copied Blu-ray and game titles from being displayed properly on the screen.

 

7. If you are ripping a disc for personal collection purposes, the ripping may not work. We do not guarantee any problems related to reproduction other than normal reproduction, and we are not responsible for any problems.

 

8. The replacement period for defective disks is within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product. If 3 months have passed since the launch or if the exact date of receipt of the product cannot be verified, it may be considered as 3 months after receipt and exchange may be difficult.

 

9. If you have any information about defects, please submit it to the distributor via email in the form below.

After checking the e-mail, if it is determined that the disk is defective, you will be informed the exchange procedure. However, if the same symptom appears in the video as a result of checking the original (master), it is not considered a defect.

◎ Copyright Information

 

1. The entire film of and composition of <Find me in your memory> the director's edition Blu-ray is copyrighted.

 

2. All acts such as re-editing, editing, filming, and capturing the video and using it for uploading, uploading the contents of the video and components as text, and stealing the component design to make goods and then selling or group purchase are copyright violations, which may lead to civil or criminal liability.

 

3. When uploading images to various social media and communities, please engrave a watermark to prevent the risk of used transaction fraud and theft.

 

4. In the case of a certified photo, you can only take the part indicated in the full pack shot image. Except for the appearance of all components, scanning, photographing and uploading are not allowed.

 

5. If you find a copyright violation, please share the content on the copyright notice board. After confirmation, we will deliver it to the distributor.
