When can I receive the Bluray?

I'm a fan of Kim Hye Soo from Vietnam. I want to buy Bluray but at September, I will go to France.

So I want to know the day i can receive Bluray to choose the country.

you can buy Blueray only in pre-order period not in September. And you can get it if you change your adress before it will be sent.
