In a filing, the company said Ho, aged 49, is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, Australia with bachelor of commerce (in finance) and bachelor of laws. He is described as a solicitor in Hong Kong with extensive experience in investment banking origination, capital markets and legal practice.
Having worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan in 2000, at Linklaters between 2003 and 2006 and at Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch between 2007 and 2010, Ho is a member of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the People’s Republic of China.
He is also an honorary consul of the Republic of Cabo Verde in Macau, President of the Money Exchangers Association of Macao and the chairman of P & W, Money Changer, Limited, Paradise said.
A former co-chairman of Hong Kong-listed Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited, the company added that Ho now serves as a senior advisor to the board of directors of Apollo Future Mobility Group and has been an independent non-executive director of Prosperous Industrial (Holdings) Limited since May 2026.
According to Paradise, Ho has no service contract with the company and is not appointed for a specific term but will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at least once every three years as per Hong Kong listing rules. He will be entitled to a director’s fee of HK$120,000 per annum (US$15,315).
Paradise, which counts industry supplier LT Game as its primary revenue source, recently revealed it was looking to expand to new business lines following the cessation of the Macau satellite casino industry late last year. The company had operated Casino Paradise Kam Pek on the Macau Peninsula under the concession of SJM Resorts, S.A.
