※ Note on Scope 1 & 2 :
In Korean, both are written as '용서'( forgiveness),
but the Chinese characters show a subtle difference :
Seo(恕,서) leans toward empathy and pardoning mistakes,
while Yong(容,용) leans toward tolerance, embracing, and acceptance.
