No 33 : Juryun(湊倫,주륜 - Convergence of Ethics)...
Harmonizing with Ethicss... The 134th Matter.
湊倫(주륜)은 인간이 지켜야할 불변의 도리가 합하여지는 것이다.
Juryun(湊倫,주륜) means the convergence of the immutable duties and
principles that human beings must uphold.
倫(륜)은 인간이 행하여야이다.
Ryun(倫,륜 - Ethics /Morals) is what humans must practice.
크고 옳은 도리이다.
It is a great and righteous path.
인간이 지켜야 할 옳은 도리가 없다면 곧 짐승과 가까운 것이다.
If humans lack the righteous path they ought to follow,
they are no dlfferent from beasts.
그러므로 사람을 가르치는데 반드시 倫理(윤리)를 앞세워서 서로 사랑하는 이치를 올바로 세워야 한다.
Therefore, in teaching and educating people, one must prioritize Ethics(倫理,윤리) to firmly
and correctly establish the principle of mutual love.

湊倫者는 合於倫常也라 (주륜자는 합어륜상야라)
Juryun means aligning and harmonizing with the constant rules of ethice.
倫은 人之大義也니 (륜은 인지대의야니)
Ethich is the great righteousness of humankind.
無倫이면 與畜生으로 相近이라 (무륜이면 여축생으로 상근이라)
If one lacks ethics, they are close to being a beast.
故로 敎人에 必先倫理하여 以正相愛之理니라. (고로 교인에 필선윤리하여 이정상애지리니라.)
Therefore, in teaching people, one must first emphasize ethics to correctly
establish the principle of loving one another.
[Intrepretation, 풀이]
우리는 도덕과 윤리를 漢族(한족)의 유교에서 배워온것으로 생각하지만
배달국이래 우리 민족은 도덕과 윤리및 충효에 대한 확고한 바탕이 있었음이 366事(사)에 의하여 명백히 드러난다.
We often think that we learned morality and ethics from fact that our nation
has possessed a firm foundation in morality, ethics, loyalty, and filial piety since
the era of Baedal(the ancient Korean nation) is clearly revealed through the 366 Matters(366사).
그것도 자유와 평등에 기초한 보편타당성을 구비한것임에 더욱 소중한다.
What makes this even more precious is that these values possess a universal validkty
based on freedom and equality.
