無時(무시)는 항상 행하는 것이다.
Musi(無時,무시) means to act or practice at all times.
哲人(철인)이 덕으로서 만물을 구제함에 어진 道(도)를 항상 제공하되
마치 따뜻한 봄볕에 남은 얼음이 스스로 녹아 내리듯 한다.
When a wise sage(哲人,철인) saves all ccreation through virtue,
they constantly provide the benevolent Way(道,도),
just as remaining ice naturally melts away under the warm spring sunshine.

無時者는 常時也라 (무시자는 상시야라)
'Musi(無時,무시 - no fixed time)' means 'Sangsi(常時,상시 - all the time / always).'
哲人이 以德濟物하사 (철인이 이덕제물하사)
A wise sage saves and benefits all creation through virtue.
準備良道하여 爲供不時하되 (준비양도하여 위공불시하되)
They prepare the good Way and provide it without ceasing at any given moment,
薰若春暖에 殘氷自消니라. (훈약춘난에 잔빙자소니라.)
and just like the gentle warmth of spring,
it causes the remaining ice to naturally melt away on its own.
