Section 8 : Muyu(撫柔,무유)... Caressing and making gentle / soft ... Case No. 156
'Muyu(撫柔,무유)' means to soothe and soften the nature of the soil,
preventing it from becoming desolate and restoring it to its original state.
If the nature of the land is weak and unstable, the hearts of the people will fluctuate constantly,
preventing moral education from being carried out.
Therefore, one should channel water into the designated areas,
plant bamboo trees, and allow the people to drink from deep well water.

'Muyu(撫柔,무유 - Caressing and softening)' means to soothe the nature of the land to make it gentle,
thereby restoring it and preventing it from falling into ruin.
If the nature of the land is too frail or volatile, the minds of the people will become ficckle and unstable,
and moral education cannot be put into practice.
Thus, one must channel water to irrigate the groundss, plant bamboo and trees,
and let the people drink from deep, pure wellss.
