※ 오늘의 말씀 : 창세기 47장 13절~17절
13 기근이 더욱 심하여 사방에 먹을 것이 없고 애굽 땅과 가나안 땅이 기근으로 황폐하니
13 Now there was no food in all the land, because the famine was very severe,
so that the land of Egypt and the land of Canaan languished because of the famine.
14 요셉이 곡식을 팔아 애굽 땅과 가나안 땅에 있는 돈을 모두 거두어들이고 그 돈을 바로의 궁으로 가져가니
14 And Joseph collected all the money that was found in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan in
payment for the grain which they bought, and Joseph brought the money into Pharaoh’s house.
15 애굽 땅과 가나안 땅에 돈이 떨어진지라 애굽 백성이 다 요셉에게 와서 이르되
돈이 떨어졌사오니 우리에게 먹을 거리를 주소서 어찌 주 앞에서 죽으리이까
15 When the money was all spent in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came to
Joseph saying, “Give us food, for why should we die in your presence? For our money is gone.”
16 요셉이 이르되 너희의 가축을 내라 돈이 떨어졌은즉 내가 너희의 가축과 바꾸어 주리라
16 Then Joseph said, “Give up your livestock, and I will give you food for your livestock, since your money
is gone.”
17 그들이 그들의 가축을 요셉에게 끌어오는지라 요셉이 그 말과 양 떼와 소 떼와 나귀를 받고 그들에게 먹을 것을 주되
곧 그 모든 가축과 바꾸어서 그 해 동안에 먹을 것을 그들에게 주니라
17 So they brought their livestock to Joseph, and Joseph gave them food in exchange for the horses and
the flocks and the herds and the donkeys; and he fed them with food in exchange for all their livestock
that year.
