focal lesion.
GB and biliary trees are not dilated.
Spleen, pancreas and both kidneys are not remarkable.
About 4x4cm size mass is noted at the lower abdomen.
Imp; Diffuse liver disease.
R/O Adnexal mass, such as ovarian solid mass.
