(Qualification) 1. 2~5 yrs'' experience in brand web-site development & maintenance in Marketing or CRM (within or besides Marketing Dept.) 2. Be able to overview & analyze internet market trend including. competitors'' activity 3. Be able to plan & manage e-commerce .com trend & sales result analysis, plan & ution of our future plan 4. Experience in cosmetics or consumer goods industry (in CRM preferred) 5. Creative & challenging in managing web-site (contents) interestingly & user-friendly (Skills) 1. Good command of written and spoken English 2. HTML page development enabler 3. Excel proficient 4. Photo Shop proficient preferred

* This position mainly covers Benefit.com local homepage update, e-commerce and online marketing activities such as online promotion in timely manner as well as managing CRM program 1) Benefit Homepage Management - Update local benefit homepage in compliance with central or regional homepage guideline on a monthly basis new products, new online regional events, etc. 2) e-business - Develop & activate .com business plan for each retailer, based on overall updates with promotion and retailer specific situation on a regular basis - Monitor and analyze sales results by retailer and report on a monthly/yearly regular basis. 3) Online Marketing - Plan and ute Benefit online marketing activities such as online e-DM, events, according to overall marketing requirements on a regular basis 4) CRM Management - Plan, ute and update Benefit CRM program to manage customer data base for BeneBene Club - Analyze sales results & marketing trend based on purchasing history according to diverse aspects required by sales or marketing purpose - Support on-counter activity related to CRM program such as offering customer list, sales trend reports - Report regular CRM analysis for overall sales data, new product launch, customer situation, on & off line sales activities on regular basis
