I have purchased on 29 August 2023 at 7.47am (korean time). And I have uploaded the screenshot of my purchase and together with the "korean time" to the Cafe right after that which it's around 8am (korean time) to apply for upgrading as an Outstanding member. And, later in the afternoon, I have sent in again an additional proof of my purchase where it shows "Pending Delivery" to the bulletin board again. Because it's all in Korean language, I might have sent it to the wrong bulletin board. I really appreicate if you could look into this matter. I am now attaching the screenshots again as a proof. Highly appreicate if you could upgrade me as an Outstanding member.
