숨 쉴 얼마의 시간을 가져라. 자연 속으로 나가서, 지구의 아름다운 노래로 귀를 기울여라. 힘든 감정들과 과거의 경험들을 기록해라, 그것들은 네가 계속 성장할 수 있도록 해주는 해방의 열쇠이다. 너 자신이 너의 가슴 속에 있는 것으로 안내받게 허용해라. 마음과 논리의 강력한 도구들은 너에게 잘 봉사하지만, 가슴이 없다면, 사랑은 숨을 수 있다.
너의 균형을 찾아라. 이 전환 동안, 그것을 통한 모든 것 동안, 너의 균형을 찾고, 유지하는 것이 이 중대한 시기를 성공적으로 헤쳐나가는 방법 중 하나가 될 것이다.

사랑해라! 항상 사랑해라! 너 자신을, 너 자신인 자와 네가 되어갈 자를 사랑해라. 너의 과거를 사랑해라. 그것이 없다면 너는 네가 오늘 있는 곳에 없을 것이다. 너의 동료 인간들을 사랑해라. 그래, 사랑받을 수 없는 듯이 보이는 자들도 사랑해라. 너희 지구계에 모든 것들은 사랑 속에서, 사랑과 함께 도약할 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 사랑이 없다면, 영혼은 시들고 낭비될 수 있다. 무한히 공급되는 것은 굳이 쌓아둘 필요가 없다.
너 자신이 되어라. 오직 하나의 네가 있다! 그것을 너의 세상으로, 너 주위의 사람들에게 보여주는 것은 다른 사람들을, 빛의 길에 있지 않은 듯이 보일 수 있는 사람들조차도 도우며, 그들 자신의 성장의 여정에서 첫 걸음을 뗄 수 있게 도와줄 것이다.
언제나, 항상 기억해라... 네가 지원받고, 소중히 여겨지며, 조건 없이 사랑받고 있다는 것을. 너의 문을 열고, 그것이 들어오게 해라! - 창조자
While you are waiting…
Take some time to breathe. Go out in nature and listen to Earth’s beautiful song. Take note of challenging feelings and past experiences; they are the key to releasing so you may continue to grow. Allow yourself to be guided by what is in your heart. The mind and the powerful tools of logic serve you well, however, without the heart, love can become hidden.
Find your balance. During, and all through this shift, finding and maintaining your balance will be one of the ways to successfully navigating this momentous time.
Listen! Listen to the sound of your own heartbeat, to others and to the still, small voice inside. It will be your guide, your compass on your journey through your lifetime.
Forgive. Take time to forgive yourself and those you feel may have wronged you. This is not something you will be able to carry as you move forward. Your growth is much too important to be weighed down by such things.
Love! Always love! Love yourself, who you are and what you will become. Love your past. Without it you would not be where you are today. Love your fellow human beings. Yes, even the ones that appear unlovable. All things on your Earth plane have to potential to leap forward in and with love. Without love, the soul may wither and waste away. There is no need to hoard what there is an endless supply of.
Be yourself. There is only one you! Showing it to your world and those around you will help others, even those who may not seem to be on the lighted path, take those first steps on their own journeys of growth.
