The deputy registar of the International Ship Registry of Cambodia under
the Authority of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of
Cambodia, by the powers vested thereupon by the Registration of Merchant
Shipping Act, 1994 and amendments thereto, hereby authorizes and
extends this permanent certificate of registry.
