구름 위 수행
靑山 손병흥
산은 서두르지 않아도 높이 솟고
물은 다투지 않아도 바다에 이르며
사람도 마음의 조급함을 내려놓을 때
자신의 속도와 길마저도 만나게 되듯이
마음 하나 내려놓은 구름 머문 산마루
욕심 하나씩 비워낸 바람 스치는 암자에서
샘물 한 바가지 길어 올리며 감사함 배우고
새소리 한 자락 들으며 고요함을 익히며
빠르게 흐르는 세상은 산 아래 둔 채로
느리게 걷는 참나를 찾아가는 발걸음마다
해가 뜨면 밝은 마음을 갈고 닦는 나날
해가 지면 하루의 번뇌조차 씻어내는 삶
갖지 않아도 넉넉해지는 현상 배우는 지혜
비울수록 더욱 충만해지는 기쁨을 안는 행함
세상을 품어가고픈 맑고 향기로운 마음으로
오늘도 수행의 길 위에 자신을 세우는 발자취

Even if you don't hurry, the mountain rises high
The water reaches the sea without fighting
When people let go of their impatience
Just as you meet your own speed and path
The mountain floor where the clouds stayed put down one heart
From the windswept hermitage that emptied her greed one by one
I learned how to be thankful by getting a bowl of spring water
While listening to the birdsong and learning the quietness
The fast-flowing world is left under the mountains
Every step in search of a slow-walking manna
The days when the sun rises, we sharpen our bright hearts
A life that cleanses even the anguish of the day when the sun goes down
Wisdom to learn a phenomenon that becomes sufficient even if you don't have it
The practice of holding joy that becomes more full as it empties
With a clear and fragrant heart that wants to embrace the world
The footsteps that set themselves on the path of practice again today

雲の上の修行

山は急がなくても高くそびえ
水は争わなくても海に至り
人も心の焦りを手放すとき
自分のペースと道さえも出会うように
心を一つ下ろした雲が留まった山の頂
欲を一つずつ空にした風が吹く庵で
泉を一杯汲み上げながら 感謝を学び
鳥のさえずりを聞きながら 静けさを身につけ
速く流れる世界は山の下に置いたまま
ゆっくり歩く本当の自分を探す足取りのたびに
太陽が昇ると 明るい心を磨く日々
夕日が沈むと、一日の煩悩さえも洗い流す生活
持たなくても余裕ができる現象 学ぶ知恵
空にすればするほど、ますます満ち足りた喜びを抱く行い
世界を抱きしめたい、澄んだ香り高い心で
今日も修行の道に自分を立てる足跡
