1. Introduction

This is a guide for changed Level Up system: Intl’MMs Level Up

(Korean and International MMs only have one level up system each.)

There are three levels for moomoos, and your access authority in the fan cafe is different depending on your level.

Therefore, please check this tutorial and hope you success on your level up.

1.1 Fan Cafe Level System

2. How to Apply for Level Up

Level-Up Requirements: 1) General Regulations, 2) Visiting Days, 3) Album 4) Youtube Stream

2.1 General Regulations: 1) Nickname, 2) Personal Setting, 3) Demotion Record

First, you need to follow general fan cafe regulations, aside from level up requirements.

Level up admins check whether you follow general fan cafe regulations, so please check this section before you apply for level up and fulfill requirements.

2.1.1 Nickname

 Your nickname should NOT:

1) Be confused with Mamamoo, fan cafe manager/admin or other celebrities

2) Include vulgar language, swear words etc.

3) Include spaces, special characters(e.g. ★, ^^) single hangeul letters(e.g. ㄱ, ㄷ)

4) Use more than 12 characters(only 1~11 is allowed)

This is also needed for your level up questions.

Go 3.2.1 to read how to check and change your nickname.

2.1.2 Personal Settings

 Personal Settings include 1) Privacy Settings 2) Receivement Settings

 All privacy settings including ID, Gender/Age, Last Visit must be open to managers.

 Go 3.2.2 to check how to check and change your personal settings.

2.1.3 Demotion Record

 When you’re demoted, you need to wait for 2 weeks from the demoted day.

 Please check the personal notification that says your level was changed and apply for level up after 2 weeks.

2.2 Visiting Days

First requirement for level up is 5 visiting days.

Your Visiting Days are automatically counted each day you visit fan cafe.

Requirements are 5 Visiting Days, so you need to enter fan cafe at least 5 times before applying for level up.

Read 3.2.3 to check how to check your present visiting days.

2.3 Album Photography

Second requirement is to prove that you have the latest MMM’s album with the photo.

For now, it’s a photo of your “Red Moon” album.

Also, there are some regulations for photo to prevent cheating.

- Attach a paper on which your nickname is written

 : To prove that it’s your album, digitally written name is NOT allowed for level up.

- Do NOT take a front side of your album

: To show the album code on the back and check if it’s not used for level up before

- Remove the wrapping of the album

: To prevent buying album just for level-up and get refund

- Do NOT upload your selfie, personal pic, etc. on level up application post

2.4 Youtube Stream

Last requirement is to screen capture MMM’s latest title song Youtube Stream.

Please upload a screen capture of “Egotistic” MV on Youtube with Like&Subscribe.

- Like the official MV and Subscribe MAMAMOO official Youtube account

 * Link: https://youtu.be/G5UM2rOyqr4 (Only this link is available for Level Up)

- Capture 2 times: less than 1 minute, more than 3 minutes (e.g. 00:44 and 03:11)

 * To prove that you watched the whole MV on Youtube

* Screen capture must show the playbar and duration time

* Write your nickname on screen capture

2.5 Level Up Form

When you filled all requirements and general regulations, please apply for level up on “Intl.MMs Level Up” board.

Level up form includes your personal info and questions.

Check the rules of “Intl.MMs Level Up” board.

Your application is DELETED in case you write a post on “국내등업(Domestic Level Up)” board.

 * “국내등업(Domestic Level Up)” boards are only for Korean Moomoos.

Your application is RETURNED in case you:

- Don’t fulfill all requirements from 2.1 to 2.4         

- Change the lists of application form including personal info like nickname and Daum ID

 * Please copy level up form at the notice and write on it. Do NOT write only the materials.

- Misspell your nickname or Daum ID (Check all spelling and capital letter)

 * Check if you wrote your previous nickname on album or screen capture.

You are SUSPENDED in case you:

- Write more than two application posts

 * If your post has more than 300 characters, write the rest of things as a comment.

- Write a comment on the notice of “Intl.MMs Level Up” board

- Don’t set it as a secret post (Click the lock button when writing the post)

- Don’t keep the SECRET of level up questions’ answer

* Nickname doesn’t mean your nickname in daily life. Read 3.2.1 to check your nickname.

Daum ID: e.g. mamamoo@daum.net

Name: e.g. Kim Yongsun

 * Write your official full name including First name and Last name.

Age: Arabic number of your international age

Gender: Female/Male

9-digit album code: e.g.124136817

* Don’t forget to write your present nickname on all attached photos with full spelling.

Q2. Who are the members that had flower corsage in “Egotistic” MV? e.g. Moonbyul

Q3. On 50 page of “Red Moon” album photo book, which member is there? e.g. Moonbyul

* Count the "Tracklist" page as page 2.

3. After the Application

3.1 Check the Result

Generally, it takes less than a week to get the result.

Do NOT write another post, or you would be suspended for writing more than 2 application posts.

Check if your post is still on “Intl.MMs Level Up” board or moved to “등업리턴(Level Up Return)” board. (Check 3.1.2)

3.1.1 How can I check my level?

If you’re not sure what your level is, follow the directions below.

You can also get notification that says "정회원으로 등급변경되었습니다.(You leveled up.)" from Daum website/app.

3.1.2 How can I see my returned post?

It may say that your post has been deleted. (It’s system error of daum website)

BUT it’s not true, your post has been moved to “등업리턴(Level Up Return)” board.

Find your post and check the returned reason and apply again.

3.2 Re-apply for Level Up

This is a section to read how to change your settings before applying for level up again.

FAQ

Q. Where is “고속등업” board?

A. As of September 1^st, only “Intl.MMs Level Up” board is used.

Q. Do I need to fulfill requirements like Greetings, Daily Memo or Intl.MMs board post?

Q. Do I need to write greetings message?

A. No, the only requirements are written above. NO NEED to write greetings message anymore.

Q. How long do I have to wait before applying again?

A. You can re-apply for level up right away. For suspension or demotion, please wait 2 weeks.

Q. It says I cannot write more than 300 characters when I write application post.

A. Please write the rest of words or photos on comment.

   Admins read all your posts and comments, so it doesn't matter how many comments you write.

   But remember you get SUSPENDED when you write more than 2 posts.

Q. How long does it take to get the result?

A. Leveling up is processed every day, but there are more than tens of new posts each day.

   Admins are trying their best to reply, so please kindly wait. It would take less than a week.

   To find your post, read 3.1.2.

hi admin! i have a question not related to this post cause i dont know any other way to contact you. I was returned to being a 준회원 today when i already leveled up a few months ago. I don't remember breaking any rules either because i've only been looking at mamamoo updates. Please help me out
